Delicious!! We had the tacos, burrito, and quesadillas. The quality and freshness were astounding and it was so much food for the price! Beware the red sauce... it will set your soul on fire it's so hot LOL!

So so cool that we have another great option for Bernalillo - and an amazingly delicious option at that!! I Love LOVE street tacos and these bad boys don't disappoint at all!! These little Bay-boys aren't just delicious either...they're three bite tacos too. Just look at my pics and see if you can find the plate!! Four amazing tacos, big flavor and served up by a warm, energetic food enthusiast. This is why I love food and the experiences surrounding the hunt for eateries such as this!! Bookmarked!

This taco truck was recommended to me by a friend. I was so excited to go eat some fresh tacos, so when I arrived I ordered the El Pastor and the Barbacoa tacos. The flavor was really good. However it is basically corn tortilla, meat of choice, and onions and cilantro. I do not like cilantro, so I opted out on that. These could be so much better if there was a little bit extra toppings. Such as Tomatoes or even salsa. I think I prefer Chipotle over this taco truck. I am always glad that I've tried a new place, but not sure I will go back. My plate of four tacos was $9.00.

Visited here on Saturday, May 5, 2018. Always noticed lots of people at this food cart. I guess I was expecting more. The tacos and torta were a bit pricy, a total of $17 for both dishes. We ordered the food to go, carne asada and carnitas tacos. By the time we got home the taco tortillas were soggy, the torta bread was damp, and overall, the quality was average. I've eaten better tacos in sit down restaurants and my wife really didn't enjoy her torta.

Some of the best tacos I have had in ABQ. My favorite is the Al Pastor, but they are all very good.

We hired Sanchez taco truck for a function at our home. First of all they were sopose to start serving at 5:00 therefore said they would be here between 4:00/4:30 they didn't get here till 5:15 our guest were waiting. Once they got the truck set up they brought some young children who were running around our backyard and hanging on our trees and throwing rocks. They didn't have extension cords for the power, they didn't give our guest untensils so we had to provide folks. The price per plate was $10 for 4 tacos and a soda we provided the sides. Some of our guest only got 2 or 3 tacos and no soda. There service was awful they should of told our guest what was included. I wouldn't recommend them!

Quick pass through town, needed a bite to eat for the next 4 hours of driving. Decided to try this truck/trailer spot.So glad I did. Two barbacoa tacos good. Think street. Simple yet tasty. But lets talk about the barbacoa quesadillas. Yes, I over ate. The dilla was fantastic. Ok, I will go out on a limb and say this was the best dilla I have ever had. I think it was the guacamole was the special ingredient. So fresh. Both came with some hot hot sauce. I loved it. Be sure to have some extra water. All the food was so fresh. Will definitely come back.

The one in Bernalillo on 550, parked in the Chevron gas station parking lot. They have been my favorite place until today. I'd see other taco trucks but never go as I wanted to give my business too them. I normally would recommend them, but after my experience today, I will never go back and will never recommend them. As I'm walking up to the truck today, the wife of the owner leaves the truck, looking angry, and approached me. She tells me, "last time you were here, you were very rude. There were other customers and you passed them by and came up to the window and said, 'are you ready?' that will not happen again. I will take anyone's order before yours." I was so taken back, and I didn't know what she was talking about or how to respond to the aggressive tone. She went into the truck, and I very quietly (still confused) told her, "I think you're mistaking me for someone else." She responds, still very rude, "No I am not!" I'm still standing there confused. She picks up her pen to take my order and I just look at her (still in shock of what just happened) and say "Um, I'm okay" and walk off. She threw her pen on her pad and let out a huge sigh. I was racking my brain for hours trying to figure what she was talking about. Whenever I go there, if people are standing around I ask if this is the line. I always walk up and say "Hi" in a happy tone. I'm usually excited to get my favorite tacos. The male owner usually says "Hi" back, and we have a small chat. I have always asked if they are ready for my order as I do not want to rush or bombard them with my order, as I do anywhere else, just trying to be polite. The last time I was there I was ordering for my daughter and myself, there was one other person standing out there to the side, I asked him if this was the line or if he was waiting. He said, yes go ahead. I am not sure were she is getting all this, but I felt very attacked as this is not how I behave. I understand the service industry is a hard job and have always been very nice. I never complain or send my food back, I don't want to make their job any harder. I feel like her addressing me so harshly was extremely unprofessional. There was a huge misunderstanding and I do not appreciate how she approached me. This could have gone a lot better than it did. It takes a lot to bring me to tears from a random stranger, but this for sure did. This is no one I ever want to give my business to again.
