Sanchez Tacos

It's been a hot minute since I last visited a Sanchez tacos food truck. I wanna say like since long precovid maybe 2014. Wow time flies! Since my last visit they definitely have expanded their menu. I saw they had quesadillas so you know I just had to get one along with my tacos. I thought it was strange when they asked me if I wanted lettuce, tomatoes, onions, guacamole, and sour cream on the quesadillas. I mean the guacamole and sour cream was a given but the rest seemed strange. I figured ah what the hell I figured it was all on the side anyways so I went for it. Boy was I surprised when it was all packed inside the quesadilla! The tacos were the highlight of the show. I got the asada and boy oh boy was that a job with all the fixings on top. I only wish it came with two more lol. I will say the food overall was tasty but it is a bit pricey. If you haven't already given these guys a try at least once it's definitely worth a try.

So good. I had the carne asada tacos and they were delicious! The tortillas were a standout and tasted homemade. Caution about the salsa they give you with it...idk why I poured it on before trying it and it was hotter than I can handle. Luckily I had a side of avocado and that saved the day. Overall, some of the best tacos I've had. I wholly recommend.

Trying to locate a late night spot as I was driving through and this food truck popped up. I am usually hesitant as I don't know if the hours and spots are accurate but it was and am so glad I drove off the highway to stop in. The carne asada and el pastor was very flavorful and while they don't make the tortillas in house they tasted great. Having drove here from Los Angeles I was sad I did not eat enough tacos on the streets of LA and this place tasted like I was back in Cali :) Highly recommend this spot!

My friend recommended this food truck to me, maybe it's the type of meat I got but it was pretty... average and expensive. I got the tongue and pork belly, the tongue was good and I just wasn't feeling the pork belly. The meat was also under seasoned and I had to put in extra salt. I also got the asada burrito and the folding was pretty terrible, opened it and the burrito was just open with everything fall off.

Okay this place is good in a pinch. I mean a late night craving or something similar. The food is good in general but pricey. For a food truck you will spend more than you would expect. Drink selection could use some improvement. Everyone that works there is nice, and the service is reasonable considering how busy they are.

They sell burritos, tortas, and tacos with a wide variety of meat. The burrito seemed like the better deal if you want to be more filled, because it is filled with rice also. I was super bummed that they ran out of the Al Pastor meat.... So I settled with only asada meat. But holy moly. I ordered the tacos, and they were so good! My friend told me this wasn't even on its best day. I cannot imagine how much better the tacos could have tasted. The tacos were a bit small, but they were full of filling. The sauces are nice and spicy. Downside--I was SUPER dehydrated that day, and the sauces burnt my lips. But I would do it again, hands down.

Our guests raved about the delicious tacos, and the service was top-notch. I couldn't have asked for a better addition to our special day. If you're looking for mouthwatering tacos for any event, Sanchez Tacos is the way to go!

Best carne asada burrito in Burque! Get their green salsa and a Mexican coke for an authentic meal.

Food was great the service from the lady taking the orders was very unfriendly! She needs to smile some more and be more friendly!

Catered an event and I was very impressed. Delicious! I will look for Sanchez Tacos again.
