This is a great little complex off of Montgomery and San Pedro. Rent here is affordable, and it seem like they keep the complex up, and just don't allow just anyone in. I was impressed with there application process, places ask for references but few really check up on them. I was impress when they checked up with my references and with my employer. I think it helps keep nasty people out of the complex. I will say, cross your t's and dot your i's because they check up on and verify everything. The complex is quite, every now and then you will hear the drag racing from Montgomery but it's not too bad. The complex has two laundry buildings, an outdoor pool and a small gym. With the studio apartments all the utilities are paid.

great location. Good maintenance response. Unlike most complexes in Albuquerque, DO NOT EXPECT A SMOKE FREE COMPLEX. If an adjacent neighbor smokes, you will too!

This used to be a nice place but now they have turned down the hot water temperature which is on a common boiler. I no longer have hot water in the kitchen or bathroom sink. If I run it full blast in the tub, it eventually gets hot but varies in temperature greatly during a shower. Also there is no longer a security patrol or an officer living on site. My car has been broken into 3 times in the last 6 months. My neighbors' car was stolen twice. Rumor has it a resident in the building stole the car but was never charged and still lives here. This place is getting worse by the minute.

I've lived in two different apartments in the complex; one year in a large two-bedroom, and five months in a studio; and I can honestly say that it is the best apartment complex in Albuquerque. First and foremost, the staff: Angelo and Katie do an excellent job managing this lovely collection of apartment homes. They are involved in their residents' lives without being intrusive. Consistently friendly and outgoing, they make living here a pleasant experience. Additionally, the maintenance manager, Kevin, deals with all issues and repairs faster than I've ever seen at any other complex. Whether it be a broken AC unit or a cabinet door falling off its hinges, Kevin gets it fixed in a timely and unobtrusive manner. Next, the residents. My neighbors are incredibly friendly and helpful. There is a mutual respect here between the students and the families. Quiet time starts at 10 and sleep is always peaceful and undisturbed. You can always count on a smile or a kind "Hello!" when you see others in the laundry room and pool area. The fitness room is equipped well enough for the average person, and the laundry rooms rarely have a line. Having a gate is wonderful as I have never seen anyone in the complex who shouldn't be welcomed. The studios are never billed utilities and the two-bedroom I had averaged $100 a month for two residents (no charge for water, sewage, or trash EVER). As an environmentally-minded citizen, I am thrilled that they offer paper recycling as most complexes in Albuquerque do not!! All things considered, I would recommend that anyone interested in a quiet, peaceful living environment should come live here.
