A man's testimonial to a beauty supply shop that caters (almost) exclusively to the ladies:I'm pretty happy with my genetics, as far as hair goes. I got my dad's genes, thick stuff, no worries about balding anytime soon. But for the life of me, for the better part of a decade I haven't been able to find a decent shampoo and conditioner without dropping a dime times one thousand at high-end salons. And this is partly to do with my southwestern locale, I'm sure; the water out here will dry your cuticles and follicles equally. But the crap I've tried at the big outlets leaves my head either insanely oily or stiff as straw. I've tried almost all of it. I said The Hell With It, try Sally.Thanks to the cool service I received here, and the insane deal on two buckets of product ($20 for two huge tubs of shampoo/conditioner), I'm officially saved. The woman who helped me explained that the vast majority of these products are laced with chemicals that artificially make your hair feel fuller. She directed me to a stripped down product that totally worked for me. I'm guessing I won't be buying anything for the next year, and when I do, I'll come back to this outlet.

Like entering a secret chamber of many things I've never seen or will ever use. To help navigate, there a really nice, helpful staff. Pop in for a little something to polish up your look.

This place is pretty horrible when it comes to customer service, the manager was very rude and stay on her phone for about 10 minutes while she was training a new girl. Very unprofessional, I won't go back in there.

It's always hit or miss with the customer service here. You get either someone who will help you the best they humanly can or you get the attitude of "why do non-professionals come here asking for advice". They have a wonderful selection but the gamble of customer service keeps me from being a frequent customer. Check out the clearance section. You get the best buys that way.

I know it says closing permanently but i gotta say it damn bitch w the glasses . we get it you don't like your miserable job but you don't gotta be a bitch. carey yourself w more grace. be nice and not a cunt like you are currently. i come in three times and you're so mean every time, self reflect maybe.

The same stock as other Sally's in town, but the staff here makes all the difference. So friendly and so helpful! The customer service is wonderful!
