Sagche's Coffee House

This was our first time to visit Sagche's. They have an intriguing menu of Guatemalan dishes, coffees and drinks. I had some Guatemalan Coffee and Pepían de Pollo. It was simple but savory dish with a complex blend of pumpkin seeds and chiles. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The prices are reasonable especially for Santa Fe . The kitchen and dining area is clean. I plan to return and check out more of the menu.

Worth the stop! I wish I took a picture of the crepe from here, but I was so hungry and it looked amazing so I dug into it right away and boy was I right!! The best crepes I have had in a long time! Also not to mention that the staff was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful. We really only stopped in for drinks and this was one of the only places that had an extensive list of coffees open past 5 that we decided to try and we were so glad we did! If we did not have somewhere to be we would've definitely sat down and ordered some food as the food looked delicious!! Super kind people, good drinks, great crepe, no wait. Please stop by and support this business whether it is to sit down and have what looks like some amazing food options, or just stop in for some coffee or hot coco. I doubt you'd be disappointed!

Sagche's Coffee House in Santa Fe, NM, truly deserves a 5-star rating for its exceptional food and service. During a recent visit, intended as a brief stop before continuing our journey, we were immediately impressed by the bustling atmosphere. Initially uncertain about the service style, we quickly realized it operates on a fast-casual basis, where you order at the counter and the food is brought to your table.The coffee selection is remarkable, featuring premium varieties from El Salvador, Colombia, and Guatemala. While initially considering the breakfast burrito, I was enticed by the chicken sandwich accompanied by onion rings. The chicken breast was seasoned to perfection, cooked impeccably, and served with lettuce, tomato, red onion, and a side of diced green chilies. My partner chose the Guatemalan Traditional breakfast, a delightful combination of black beans, plantino frito maduro (sweet skillet-fried plantains), and fry bread. Both dishes were exceptionally delicious, and we found ourselves sharing and enjoying each other's choices.Our experience at Sagche's Coffee House was memorable, leaving us wishing for a similar establishment back in Colorado. The quality of food and service here sets a high standard, and it's a must-visit for anyone in Santa Fe looking for an outstanding culinary experience.

I had a latte (tasty) and a bacon crepe. The eggs in crepe were woefully unseasoned. Even the bacon tasted a bit bland and got lost in the sea of plain eggs. The salsa served with was very good though. The crepe itself was ok but a bit thick. My stomach was upset for several hours after eating here. Everything appears clean and the kitchen is open so I'm not sure what happened. A guitarist played inside and sang nostalgic tunes. The patio was very nice on a Sunday morning.Can't say I'll be back. If I were looking for just coffee on a patio to visit with friends, it would be suitable.

Food was good. Service was quick. And customer service was excellent. It was our first time visiting this location. But it was a great choice.

Had a pretty delicious breakfast here this morning. I got the Guatemalan breakfast - eggs, toast, beans and plantains with salsa and crema. Very tasty! My boyfriend got a yogurt bowl which was huge and looked really good. There was a man playing guitar and singing inside today. It was a nice morning :)

This place has amazing coffee! I'm pretty picky but I loved this latte. Service was phenomenal as well. Such sweet staff. highly recommend

Went for lunch, great food and service as others have noted. Pancakes were very good and same for omelette with chorizo and tacos.
