Saep Fire

You have to check out this food truck, it's amazing!! Especially if you like spicy food. We always start out with the chips and salsa and pot stickers, they are so freaking good! The Shorty is delicious and full of so much flavor! I can honestly say I like everything on their menu! The chicken is always moist and full of flavor. Tacos amazing! Hamburger delicious! Saep Fire is at both Marble and La Cumbre and their food goes so well with beer! The owner is super nice! If you like spicy food Saeb Fire is a must!

I was having a rough afternoon, as I couldn't drink at two of the three breweries we visited (the final stop being La Cumbre) thanks to being gluten free. By then I was starving, and when I saw this food truck, I got a little nervous about whether I'd be able to eat. However! They were fantastic, and found ways to adapt some dishes so that I could safely enjoy them. Ended up having the tacos on corn tortillas, and they were So.Good. I almost went back for seconds. Great service, great food, and really appreciated that they found a way for me. Will definitely be on the lookout for these guys!
