Rustics For Less

I bought a beautiful handcrafted king-sized bed, a Sealy pillowtop mattress, two matching nightstands, and a lovely El Paso bedspread from Jennifer at Rustics For Less. She and her team worked to get me exactly what I wanted from Mexico and had it delivered when I wanted it. The quality is excellent and the team are all so friendly and easy to deal with. I'm so pleased I plan to special order a few more accessories.

Careless delivery drivers, and ridiculously subpar customer service.

BE WARNED do not shop here. I'm so disappointed with this business I came in yesterday and had some prices quoted to me written down. Told them I would check with my husband and come back. Came today and they told me the price would be twice what they wrote down which was also more then the online price. He then told me they had a damaged piece they could fix and then discount for the original quoted price if I came back in an hour. When I came back they said they were wrong it would actually be higher and I couldn't get a refund on the piece I already bought. I have never seen such unprofessional behavior the supervisor did not seem to care about the situation at all did end up refunding me but made me feel like it was my fault.

Great little store with a lot of inventory. Do yourself a favor if you want to save money!! Great prices excellent service and Staff. Ask for Jennifer

The staff is a pleasure to work with. The furniture is well-made, sturdy and beautiful. I furnished my entire apartment with furniture from Rustics for Less.

We bought an expensive dining room table. The finish started flaking off about a year into ownership. This should not happen for the life of the table let alone shortly occurring after the so called warranty period. Jennifer said we could ship the table at our expense back to the store and she would sent it back to the builder in Mexico to refinish. We would lose our table for 8 weeks or more, and then pay for delivery back to our home. I find these terms unacceptable for something that simply should not have happened. In all due respect for Jennifer, I think she was doing what the owner told her to do. I probably would think twice before making another purchase from this merchant. Warranty or not, they should make this issue right as it should not of happened.

Jennifer was awesome. We wanted a king sized bed. We had been to three stores already, all over town looking for our Christmas present: a new bed! . We found some nice things we liked but no one could get it to us for months! So this was our 4th store. As it turned out, they had exactly what we wanted for less! Available from their warehouse immediately!! Same day! Delivering tonight!!! Great service. A good variety of items . We'll shop here again. Thanks.

Service was great got some nice items and they were nice enough to tie everything down for us since we were from out of state and I agree about saving yourself some money:) I will definitely be back for more!

They desperately need a new delivery service. They will say it's a separate company but it's the only one they offer. The delivery service will give you a time estimate and show up 9 hours later. They delivered to my house today, and literally took down power lines with their truck and simply drove away. PNM states they did so much damage that we will need an electrician. Save yourself the trouble and don't buy from here.

I stumbled upon this store online when I was looking for a dresser. The price seemed really low for what I was getting but I decided to try it out. Boy was I glad I did! The quality was really great and the price was a bonus! I then purchased a bed and couldn't have been happier. The employees are beyond nice and helpful and since then I have purchased several more items.
