Ruby's Kitchen In The Mountains

Very simple but delicious breakfast. We shared an omelette and recommend this spot! The hashbrowns are super yummy! Nothing fancy but I'll be back next trip. No wait on a Sunday at 10am.

I had an omelet and my husband had a simple plate of eggs toast and potatoes with fresh fruit. All of our food was delicious. They could use to redecorate with one theme as it feels a little like it's all stuff that doesn't really match....kind of cafeteria feel. Service was great. The restaurant was very clean and again our breakfast was perfect. We will be back!

Had lunch there today, two couples at noon. We were the only customers there. We ordered and the food started to come out 20-25 minutes later. The problem is that it took another 20 minutes for everything to come out. Partial meals came out which was ridiculous. By the time it came out, the original food was cold.Now I know why it was empty! I will never go there again! The chicken fried steak and chicken sandwich was terrible.

"We visited a café this Saturday. After taking our order, they brought us coffee in dirty mugs. We then waited 40 minutes for our food, only to receive it cold, with a dirty fried egg. We had specifically chosen a dish for one person that did not include bacon. When I asked why the egg was dirty, I was told that bacon had probably been cooked on the same plate, which is why it was unclean. They eventually brought our order, but forgot to include the biscuits and several other items. When selecting this café for breakfast during my vacation, I relied on its high rating, as all the reviews were five stars. Went to Pinetop for the weekend and found my new favorite place to eat! Rubys Kitchen! The atmosphere was inviting. The staff was very friendly and the food was delicious! I highly recommend this place! I had their sliders and they were great!

Food needs to improve, so does the service and Ambiance. It was much better when Chef Bill was cooking. Now it is not good anymore. Do not recommend.
