Been going to Royal MedicalHealth for years. Excellently run in every way.I've never had to wait and appointments are easy to get.The owner is extremely generous with constant deals and use of Groupons. Never felt rip offed, in fact her services are below market value.Love that she never leaves any bruising with Botox or fillers.She is very kind and fair and I'm so grateful I found her 8 years ago.

HORRIBLE. I spent nearly 1400 and had absolutely zero results except for horrible bruising and deformity to lips. She claims to be a doctor but she is not. She was rude and defensive when I told her how bad the treatments turned out. She seemed unconcerned: they said um they would email a receipt. The receipt for nearly 1400 didn't come to email. It took me two weeks to get a receipt and it was a basic credit card receipt. I asked for itemized because o wasn't sure what she did to me and she said they don't do that. What kind of a "business" is this person running. STAY AWAY HORRIBLE

Absolute waste of time and money for aesthetic services. She did not follow my instructions based on my 2 years of past treatments, and then told me to come in for a follow up where she proposed that she "fix it" by me purchasing more services. On top of that, I waited 30 minutes each appt for a 2 minute treatment.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY here!!!I bought a GROUPON for a microdermabrasion for $80.00 . This is 1/2 price of what they normally charge to try this place out.I took 1/2 the day off work to have a microdermabrasion done and when I get called in, the aesthetician Monica tells me to return my Groupon for a refund and pay her the $80 cash or she wI'll not be able to do the microdermabrasion, because GROUPON takes to much out of what they charge and she will not get paid enough. She was Rude and said she uses to Groupon to bring customers in (for advertising purposes). But hat it should be enough that she said she would charge me the $80 Cash.thank you for wasting my day and running it!!!! Will Never go there for any services and will make sure to post this everywhere and call the BBB. So unprofessional!!!!!!

I made an online appointment for Saturday morning. I showed up and the business was closed. I rescheduled through text after the Business reached out to me. When I showed up for my appointment, there was no record of the appointment and I had to wait a long to be seen. This is one medical spa I do not recommend.

This place! The first time I went I had my lips done and the owner is the only person that does these services I believe, I was there an hour and we hadn't even started appointment yet but I will say my lips looked really good so I booked another service , a microdermabrasion facial. I had used a Groupon for my lips but she talked me into buying a little more than the Groupon covered. I get home and realize I've been charged over by $100! The lady assured me I'll get my refund and see it back on my card in a few days. It doesn't show so I call and she assured me it's 3-7 days so I wait it never goes back on my card so I decide to wait and confront her when I get my facial I go for facial, the service was ok the girl is real nice but facial is ok I break out horribly two weeks after but facials detox the skin so whatever. I ask the lady about the $100 she offers no explanation as to what happened why didn't it go on my card. I tell her I want Botox and could she deduct it from services she says ok, I know it doesn't cost her $100 for the service so she's coming up$$$ again. I think ok whatever they do a good job waiting and all this hopefully not be an all the time issue. I ask her about Groupon again when I come back for Botox. She says oh yeah you can use Groupon every time you come in and I think wow great this can be my new skincare home this is great! I also ask her about facelift threading and told her I noticed a Groupon they had for that oh yeah she tells me how great it is I will love it, so again I ask if its ok to use a Groupon for both she says yes and starts services. The threading was rough the left side of my face so painful even with numbing but it looks great she does the Botox but only does 30 units not 40. During the treatment I ask her what she uses on her skin she tells me she uses a product that she has at the business and I say OK do you order that online or get it out of beauty supply? She says oh I can get it for you and I said OK but I didn't mean, during that service I just meant OK good to know. So we get to the register. The lady who does my services the owner she's on the phone and this other girl is ringing me up she tells me is going to be and gives me the total, I have the total with the Groupon added up to half that so I am freaked out right this is double what I planned on paying she had rung up the products also with my services I said no I don't want that that took off $100 but there was still $300 left on accounted for I said, is this with the Groupon? the lady said yes I said OK I went ahead and paid because they were closing down and I figured if there was an issue I could come back so I go home. I calculate I look at the Groupon. It doesn't make sense so I called the next day I called and I call cannot get a hold of these people. Including a time I was hun up on immediately (I'm assuming they have called id) I call again and the girl at the desk assures me the lady will call me back that evening even gives me a time, she never calls so I text the number I was given, a cell and it's hers, the lady who overcharges and the lady tells me that I did not use any Groupon all on text. Well she told me not to buy the Groupon from Groupon. She told me to buy it the services at the spa and she would give me the Groupon price but she did not do that. She charged me full price and then claim she didn't know what I was talking about when I mentioned the Groupon so I paid double what I thought, this puts me in a total bind! I sent several messages asking about the Groupon and doesn't she remember telling me that I could use them and she just never responds. I sent several texts that go unanswered. Then today I look at my account and noticed that there's a 50 Cent charge from Royal just randomly for nothing and I text her phone again and ask her about it. She does not respond to me so they were testing my card or something for some reason but she did this twice so even though the services are decent. You can find plenty of other places around town to go to that are going to honor the Groupon like they say they're going to and not gonna be shady business owners and business people and if you have a business like this, you should be caring about if your people are going to come back to you. She obviously doesn't care that I won't be back if this is how I am treated as if dispensible! ! Im a hairdresser and could've given her so much business I even ran into a client last time I was there! I gave the owner plenty of opportunity to cordially handle the issue with me even just to say there's a communication problem because she is foreign but she just treated me like a snob not a business woman. I pay double for services and she acted like she did me a favor. This place is cuckoo for cuckoo puffs stay away.
