VERY bad service. the repair department is unmotivated. I bought a slingshot there and its impossible to get it in for simple repairs. They only care about taking your money. very poor customer service as well. Buy your slingshot elsewhere.

I've been coming here since 08, when I bought my first Victory Vegas. I come here for all my aftermarket parts and essentials. Prices are reasonable, for a dealership. The sales staff is great and they are very helpful. The parts dept is excellent, always giving idea on how I can make my Vegas even more awesome than it already is. They have a wide selection of motorcycles and are priced competitively.

I recently purchased a used Ranger 800 XP from Texas and took it to Rosedale Motorsports because I was having multiple issue with the unit along with a couple of torn/aged CV Boots. Before they even took it to the shop for repairs, Mike listened to it run and asked a me few questions and said let's take off the seat. Within 2 minutes he found the issue to be broken wires in a wire harness! They made all the repairs, full maintenance plus I had them replace all 4 axles. It runs like a champ now. While I was there, I started looking at new ATV's because my old 2001 had died (so I thought) the day before. I kicked a few tires and asked the saleswomen(both of them) tons of questions and they had the answers to everything....technical, specs, performance, cost, etc... So, I went ahead a bought one. When I went in to take delivery of the ATV, they had it on the showroom floor detailing it immaculately. They then proceeded to give me a detailed informative run down of the ATV.All in all, nothing but a great experience @ Rosedale Motorsports!

We purchased a Polaris RZR from Rosedale, the purchasing process was quick and easy. Later we took our Polaris RZR in for repairs due to a 100 percent my fault accident. Due to the current global events, it took some time to get the machine repaired. I totally understand that. Were the problems begin is when picking up the machine. It was very apparent that the RZR has stayed outside in the weather the entire time. The top was new before and now is weathered and faded. After getting the machine home, I was looking over the repairs and found several extremely concerning errors. They had forgotten to bolt the lower sway bar end link. The bolt and hardware were not in place at all. The lower tie rod was not tightened at all and could be loosened by hand. I am glad we found these errors. Should that have come undone while in operation someone may have been serious hurt.

Take your business elsewhere. Dropped off my garage kept atv for an oil change only. I didn't hear back for over a month. Have never had an issue with it until dropping it off here..Called to check in on it and now suddenly needs multiple parts. I was charged for these parts that I was not notified about nor authorized to replace. Poor customer service and their work is not honest. Will not go back here or recommend to anyone!

I purchased a Polaris Ranger XP100 a couple of years ago and since then, I've taken my Ranger back for different accessories and nothing but great service. Today I drove 350 mile round trip to have a minor issue checked and Mike (management/owner) took time from taking phone calls to personally go outside to check my Ranger. I was there for maybe thirty minutes and problem solved.... great service all around... Mike and Dan (mechanic) you guys rock!! Thanks for great customer service and taking time, especially on a Monday.

Rosedale is a joke Service only works when there ready. Mike doesn't care about anyone that comes into his shop unless you're buy something from him every year. I also know that new vehicle's expecially Razors are not put together well stripped out bolts on cages, used parts put on equipment not new then sold as new. They also can't pick up the phone. If it wasn't for Mike's friends ,park and wildlife and the RZR forum Rosedale would have know business be careful it's not the only shop in Albuquerque that covers up. Know your product because they expect you to be stupid.
