It's good some guy gave me his name Pete & number on it with this card. I like it. A lot of chile. red & green & dried & fresh.

Great quality chile and great knowledgeable staff. I pride myself with being able to eat a good amount of spice, I was debating between the 1X and 3X hot. I got to sample both pre-roasted and really couldn't tell the difference because my mouth was burning. I'm glad I went with the 1X hot, I would put the spice level between a jalapeño and thai chili. Get there early, it gets busy!

Ive becoming to Rosales for decades. They hands down have the best chile in NM. They get their red chile from Lemitar. They have a variety of hot-ness from mild to XXhot. They'll roast your bag right in front. This is the chile you'll want in all of your recipes.

Chilis galore! They sell them by the 20lb or 40lb bag and they roast them for you! The medium green chilis had just the right amount of spice and everyone was very friendly and helpful!

Wonderful produce! We went for the chile and came home with that, big jim, medium hot, so delicious and two watermelon. They were perfectly ripe and so delicious. Everyone there was friendly and helpful. Easy to locate on 4th street. They will also peel the Chile for you, if you prefer

This place is awesome. Amazing customer service We spoke with the owners they lets us know all about their process and how many Chile peppers they roast and sell a day. The Chile pepper were delicious we snag a huge bag and brought them home back to Arizona will go good in our tamales this year. Yummy

I have purchased green chile from Rosales Produce last 3 years. It is delicious hot chile from Socorro NM. I would recommend giving them a try.

I love their chile. Locally grown nearby. Nice heat for medium and my husband gets hot. I get some powdered red too and vegis. Great people and you can tell they love hanging out as a family. They give a number when you want it roasted and call it when ready. Nicely organized. Been coming here for years. Met people ordering that are from other states. That's right it's good.

My husband goes every time he is in Houston. Loves their chicken fried steak. I had their egg breakfast with grits. The grits were super yummy. Service was a lot chaotic and we had to ask for the remaining items on our order several times
