I have worked with Kay over the years. She custom made a particular ring that I absolutely cannot love enough. We sat and talked about my style but I wasn't even sure what I wanted. Before I knew it she had exactly in mind and created truly a piece of art. She is by far the most talented person I have ever known. She knows the customers heart and what they really want. She does not stop working until she knows you are in love with your piece. She makes it for you and only you. You will never see anyone else after you work with Kay.

We went here for both of my wedding ring sets (a replacement set later was due to theft). The first time, all was well even with lax business practices and loose timelines. However the second time we paid in full and I didn't get my rings for 5 MONTHS! We were lied to, deceived and completely taken advantage of. I had to go to the actual jeweler who does the work at a different company to get my rings finished, and thankfully the other company finished them out of kindness as all the money we had paid to Romero Jewelers was gone. They treated MULTIPLE clients this way! So cut out Romeo Jewelers as the middle man, save yourself a lot of heartache, and go somewhere else.

Charle Romero designed this for me in 1987, it is my favorite piece!I get more compliments on it than any other piece I wear!

We went to Romero Jewelers for a unique engagement ring and wedding band. Kay worked with me to design my engagement ring, providing advice, guidance and artistic samples in wax. Kay was so accommodating when I thought the ring we had selected was too large that she made an identical smaller one. The original sized ring was perfect and we decided to have her design my wedding band. The band enhances the lines of the engagement ring which, in turn, compliments the band.The price of the rings was determined by the cost of gold and the size of the stones. Kay's pricing was consistent.We thoroughly enjoyed the process of working with Kay and are thrilled with our beautiful rings.

I've had very good luck with Kaye at Romero Jewelry. She has designed a few custom items for my family, and the attention to detail was very good. The pricing was competitive, and the three different jobs were done within the time period promised. Her ability to carve, cast and create custom work is exceptional, and I will be working with her for some additional custom jewelry this week. I look forward to it!

We paid for a custom piece of jewelry to be made. After continually contacting Kay we got excuse after excuse about why the piece was not ready. Finally many months later we were then told that if we wanted the piece finished it would be almost double what we had already paid. And if we did not want it finished we could not have our money back either. Romero Jewelers is a very dishonest business and I would not recommend anyone do business with Kay.
