They are not in business anymore. Wish they were as we were craving some rolled ice cream but we couldn't find anywhere that's in business in New Mexico for rolled ice cream

Brought our daughter here for dessert as a special treat. This was their second day open. There were two young ladies working the front counter. They were welcoming, sweet, and attentive. They were patient with my young daughter and even asked if she wanted extra toppings she didn't know about. They made it quickly, all ingredients were fresh and good. We all tried it and it was delicious. Prices were fair in my opinion and an 8oz portion can totally be shared by two even three people. They have a cooler with cokes, Dr. Pepper and gatorade and well as some soft drinks. They offer other choices such as iced coffee, smoothies, nachos and banana splits. We will be back. Was competitive with other similar ice cream shops like this. Also very clean looking. Thank you!

The rolled ice cream place we wantedto go to was closed so we decided to check this place out. We came during a weeknight so it was not crowded. The worker was a bit lackluster- no greeting or helping explain the menu or offering recommendations. Finally I picked my flavor and it was made quickly. The ice cream was good - the flavors were true and it was something different. The flavors seemed a bit limited and I wish there were better options; no Asian options (I was hoping for Thai tea flavor) or local unique flavors. + price + location +/- food- staff

Super fun tasty treat, had the cookies and cream with my brother. I'm not a big sweets person but definitely something yummy to share with a friend! Would probably go more if it wasn't in the mall.

They need more people working here. There was one girl and the place was so busy she didn't take our order for about ten minutes. I hate to go into a place where I'm going to spend money, and not even be acknowledged. It's too bad because the ice cream was good.

Awesome place! We tried 'Rolled ice cream' at a outdoor market in Seattle and fell in love with it. Now here in NM .....finally ! Welcome to Albuquerque Roll 'n Dash. Hoping you spread like wildfire throughout the state!!! Las Cruces, Silver City....!!!

Walked into this place on a whim and immediately regretted our decision. Upon placing an order the kid working the register was completely incoherent and not all there. After placing our order we waited about 15 minutes in a completely empty store. They started making our order around the 12th minute and got the order wrong. At this time the store had a few more patrons and we say orders being made. One of our orders was made by the same kid that rang us up. He didn't seem to know the process of making the ice cream as he used his hands to put the rolls in the cups instead of using tongs. The other kid working behind the counter was too busy feeding his girlfriend ice cream and pieces of whip cream while he was making another persons order, he forgot to start the rest of our order. We found this out as the other people's orders were coming out before our last order. When my wife asked where her ice cream was, the "manager" said he forgot. He was too busy with his girlfriend that he forgot our order. My wife was done at this point and asked for her money back. The kid that claimed he was the manager walked over to the register without saying a word and started the refund. I asked the kid with the Mohawk haircut for a number to the management and he stated he was the manager and there was no phone number. We left at this point and went on our way. Won't be visiting this place any time soon. Stick to the other "roll" ice cream shops as this one is poorly ran and the manager can't seem to keep his mind on work.

The ice cream was decent...the experience would have been cool had the employees would have been much nicer. 3 people- 2 young girls and a young guy. Didn't ask "how can I help you? Do you have any questions?" Didn't say "Have a good day." Nothing. We watched them make our ice cream and they were still just as unfriendly. I don't even think they even smiled as us! And it wasn't just with me. They had person after person walk in and treated them the exact same way! Didn't make me want to sit in there and enjoy my ice cream. These kids are very unprofessional and unfriendly. I am assuming the owners do not know what kind of employees they have working for them. If they did, the kids wouldn't have a job there! Awful awful customer service skills!!!!

Terrible service. The girl behind the counter took our three orders and serviced two of them leaving the third in our group waiting while she took SEVEN more orders. This was Saturday 4-6-2019 at about 4:45. NEVER AGAIN!
