Rollin' On In

This place is amazing. The quality of the food is excellent. I have had several things from this place never been disappointed. All the ingredients are extra fresh.I love their frijoles, Rice. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. It's nice to get such quality food and be able to sit outside and listen to live music.

Excellent Mexican cuisine! Excellent customer service! The woman (I'm sorry I forgot to ask your name) who took our order explained the menu and was very kind in assisting my husband and I. Food is made to order and deliciously paired with the aqua Fresca they serve. If you're looking for quaint, reasonably priced and delicious street food; this is your place!

Checked this place out on a cold blustery day with snow flakes swirling all around. There's no place to sit inside, but there was plenty of seating outside in the plaza of the El Vado Motel and Shopping Plaza where this little gem is located. They have plenty of gas heaters around, so it wasn't too bad sitting outside. We had the chicken quesadillas, which were fantastic! They had a crust of fried cheese on the outside and were drizzled with lime cilantro cream drizzle, mmmm, my mouth is watering just thinking about it! Sevice was great, cool little place, we'll be back!

Tasty "build your own " menu if Mexican favorites: flat price for either 3 tacos, a quesadilla, or three rolled/flat enchiladas. Pick your fillings and toppings and salsas, yum! Small place that's part of the new and exciting ElVado Motel and food "court "next to other great eateries and tap room. Very affordable and the food is tasty. Staff very helpful. Wonderful!

Pretty solid tacos, the only downside id say is the meat was a little dry. Id find better comfort tacos at El Paisa at a lower price. 6/10 would come back for a second review

Love the tacos! Incredible $2 tacos for my lunch! You pick from a big vareity of meat and add-ons including lettuce, tomatoes, cilantro, grilled corn, lime, onions, and more plus four different kinds of salsa (a killer creamy green salsa). We ended up with so much on top it was like a small salad. A good place for picky eaters or for those who want just a small meal and others want a lot to eat. I can hardly wait to try their enchiladas, quesadillas and other offerrings.

Always a pleasure eating with Rollin' On In! Food truck or Carry Out at El Vado Motel. The food is always fresh... being that you get to "Create Your Plate" there is something on the menu for everyone! It's a mother/ daughter duo- & they're killin' it.

This is definitely my favorite food truck in Abq. I love all of the options they have. My favorites are the tacos, nachos and burrito!!! Also have to get the cilantro ranch on the side. The customer service is amazing. I love seeing a mother/daughter, locally owned company thriving. 10 / 10 recommend.

So good!!! Delicious and fresh, simple but perfect. Service was exceptional!!! Went back two nights in a row. Food feels clean, but rich and nourishing. You can taste the love in this food!!

This is my favorite taco truck in Albuquerque! EVERYTHING is tasty, and the customer service is great also. 10/10 recommend!
