Roll Avenue

Ice cream was pretty good! My fiancé and I wanted to try the rolled ice cream for the first time. Both ordered and they seemed a little backed up but we didn't mind waiting. The fun is in watching the workers make the ice cream. There were two ladies working - one was extremely nice and friendly (blonde haired?) and the other workers seemed annoyed at having to do her job, huffing/puffing, rolling her eyes and seemed ready to go home. Overall it was good. Proportion wise - I feel like two people could just share one cup. I didn't finish all of mine.

They close 23 minutes early upon closing time they leave the gate open so you won't know if it actually is closed. The people who worked there are really lazy because they will barely take your order. overall, I wouldn't recommend this place because of the customer service.

Walking thru the mall I had a sweet tooth attack just as we passed here I had high hopes, but this one missed the mark. We got a mango tango rolled ice cream & a chocolate shake. The mango roll was tasteless. The whipped cream & caramel drizzle couldn't save it. The mango chunks were hard and equally unremarkable. The shake, well it was runny and made with something and ice added - think Frappuccino style but nowhere near that quality. Not my idea of a shake. Overall a dismal performance at typical mall food eatery prices. Definitely pass this one up.

The ice cream part is fine, but I was given stale marshmallows. Store them in a sealed bag immediately after each use and they won't get gross.

This place is worth the experience, you see it all over facebook and it was actually really fun to watch in person! A little bit pricey but definitely worth it because you can taste bits of the fruit in the ice cream still and it's so yummy. We got the StrawNana and my daughter absolutely loved it and one's enough to share with 2 people and a little one!

Located inside the Coronado Mall, this new ice cream establishment has it going on! The whole concept of rolling cream is pretty new to society and usually the lines are very long at this places because everyone wants to try it. This place didn't have a long line and they could help multiple people at once. The quality of the ice cream was very high and the art they put into their product goes well beyond my expectations!

When I walked in the employees seemed over whelmed and busy with only 2 customers they didn't pay attention to me and when we wanted to check this place out before actually buying, they seemed like we had to pay. The store looked very unorganized and fairly new I've been to other rolled ice cream shops in Albuquerque and have had a way better experience just walking in. Will not be visiting this shop

Where do I begin!? Dont even wish to leave a single star! First time here and it was NOT a positive experience. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by them yelling welcome with sour faces and angry voices. After we ordered we waited til our turn. Once I approached the counter with my family, I noticed all the putty knives soaking in the same bins of water. I asked if they could please rinse them before they did my order because I'm deathly allergic to Mango which is on their list of specialty ice creams. The girl (out of three employees) said she never made a Mango order that day and proceeded to make my order with the spatulas that were soaking with the others. I understand SHE didn't make any Mango mixes but, what about everyone else? And what was so hard about washing it real quick? So she rolled her eyes and went about making our orders. My daughter then told them it should be done regardless and to consider the allergy! They all just rolled their eyes and continued with their poor attitudes and frumpy faces. I basically told her I hope I don't get ill. I did get a little itchy, but nothing my meds didn't fix, which I took in advance because I am allergic to life. Thank goodness I did! I know I didn't have to eat it at all, for safety sake, but, I was hopeful she was telling the truth plus we had already paid. Was almost scared to ask for a refund and deny their product. I will be speaking with the manager in the morning, but I will NOT return! Better to go to "Icicles", the service and care and concern is much much better!

Don't have cherry flavor and I was told I cannot put a carmel topping to finish it it off, girl said that she's not allowed to do that lol what ?

We got there 45 minutes before closing time and we're told that we could only order two ice creams since they were closing soon. There was five of us in the group so we ended up going to Menchie's instead. Very disappointed since the kids were looking forward to it.
