I'm in a local whiskey group on facebook and someone posted a photo of a VERY hard to find bourbon. We called to inquire about inventory and they told us that they are keeping the remaining bottles for the owner and his wife "because we like drinking the bottles". That's their perogative, but maybe don't actually tell a potential customer to have the bottle, but refuse to sell, because you're keeping multiple bottles.Incredibly unprofessional. It's they're perogative, sure, but just say you already sold out. So rude, unnecessary, and just bad business.

My sister's phone was stolen from here. She went back to get it, and the employees were very rude and unhelpful. I asked her to speak to the manager to see if he could help, possibly look at the security cameras. He got such an attitude with her, clearly I watched as she was becoming upset. I took the phone from her expecting to get a somewhat professional person on the phone- WRONG!!!!!! This manager is the rudest, arrogant person ever!! I am a manager, and I would never treat someone that way or allow my staff to.No wonder he hires such terrible staff.

Even though this liquor store is smallish, they do carry some of the popular liquors that you won't be able to find in some of the larger stores for some reason. With that said, some of their name-brand liquors are a good $5 more than Walgreens, although maybe only $2 more than Alberrtsons. The employees are always nice and helpful.

I just dropped by Rodeo Plaza Liquors and got this rude attitude from their cashier just because I gave her a $20 to pay for 8 dollars of goods. What's up with that? If you're running low on change just say something and ask if I have a smaller bill. It's not like I'm trying to show off my extensive wealth or anything...sheesh!

Best liquor store in Santa Fe hands down!!! Awesome staff, great selection and they have beer on ice for hot days. Highly recommend this over any other package liquor store.

I love this nearby family business because I am in and out easily. The best part is they have an excellent selection of local craft beers. They have some good wine choices too and liquor when I need something in a bind. It's nice too that they have chips and a few snacks when the urge hits.

Cool staff. Always in and out immediately. Good selection if you're looking for liquor and wine. Descent beer selection. Definitely the place to go to avoid lines.

The older gentleman with the hat on is very friendly and I always chat it up with him, the other elderly man who doesn't wear a hat is not quite as friendly, always looking for a problem where there is none. I'm 23 and all my friends are over 21 but whenever we go there he has a problem with us for absolutely no reason. Too bad, it's a nice store overall. Not sure if I'll go back or not.
