Don't waste your time with them. By far the most expensive quote I've got for plumbing. The quote is just a single item, no breakdown or anything. And it's the highest price by 50%. Save yourself the trouble.

Well didn't think I'd be changing my mind this fast, but the sink is still leaking, albeit much more slowly. I called Rocketman back to see what they could do and they told me they'd charge another $160 to come back out and try again. That seems pretty unfair so I'm going to try somewhere else this time.

Ten days since they were supposed to come, my heater is still not fixed. To make matters much worse, I can never get a straight answer about what is going on or when they are going to come back. They have stood me up five times. What a nightmare.

I have to say I am surprised by some of the negative reviews I see here. We just had Jorge out on a service call and could not be more pleased with the service or the price. Jorge diagnosed problems that we expected to be far bigger problems and worked diligently in the rain and snow to fix our problem quickly and inexpensively. I would absolutely use them again. Jorge kept us informed during the time he was here and was able to show us pictures of the problem and the resolution.

this is absolutley the best plumbing outfit i have ever had. mywater bill was $1800, i nearly filped my lid when i got it. so i called the plumer i usually use. they came out & said they could have my water line in the front of my house down to the meterfixed in 6 hrs. & it would cost $186/per hr. i thought they can'tdo that. so i got on line & called rocketman plumbing. they came out gave me an estimate & i hired them. it took 4 days all day these people worked & didn'[t make a mess. i couldn't believe it. they had to find the leak and then they made a ditch where the line was. they took my grass out like saud and every night when they leftthere was no mess. nothing. when they finished they last day they put my grass back in you couldn't tell any one had done anything to my yard. i called the water company & told them what had happened also this 1st day was the only day & ever saw anyone reading my water meter & he really didn't read it because he didn't take the lid off. the water company refunded almost all that should have been charged to me. if you want someone good call them.

Don't do business with these people, they will rip you off by over charging for parts that didn't need replacing, give you some bull crap excuses, I'm in the construction business and know better, these guys are never prepared to fix anything with out taking their time to find parts and charge you the labor for it. Stick to true professionals like TLC. I'd never recommend Rocketman, more like rip you off man. Don't do it folks, take my word,Read the reviews, I'm not the only one to disapprove of their services.

President seems to be a good person. Make sure to ask questions about things to avoid confusion. They have a billing system that is designed to overcharge the customer by hundreds of dollars. Charged $675 for an hour and eighteen minutes of work. $160 an hour $2.6667 per minute for 18minutes = 48 dollars plus 75 in parts= $283 dollars $672 -$283 = $389. When I said something at first they offered $80 on the next service which was an insult, after multiple calls I was offered $193.73 in a refund, which still leaves a balance of $195.27 left. With no explanation of why it was charged. Do not agree to their estimates,they are extreme and it is not an estimate,it's what they will charge you. The more I think about it the angrier I get. Look elsewhere for your plumbing repair!!

This company will cheat you out of your hard earned money. They tell you they charge 160 an hour. But then charge you hundreds of dollars more. Do not do business with them

DO NOT USE THEM! Save yourself from using them. They quote you a price per hour which we were lied to and no matter what the quote is if it's a higher quote than they still charge you the quote just bcuz it's what was quoted no adjustment. i will never recommend them to anyone.

Beware of this company. They sent out two technicians to service my air conditioners. I'm not sure what they did while they were here. The cameras caught one of them standing around most of the time. By the time they left several hours later, one of my units had been drained of refrigerant and was no longer working. When I questioned the technician about why he would have done that, he maintained that there was a leak in the line. I told him there was no leak in the line, as I had not had any problem with the AC. I asked him what I was supposed to do now that the AC wasn't working, and he told me they could write an estimate to come out and restore the refrigerant to get it working again. I told him I was having a gathering that weekend and could not afford to not have a functioning AC, and that they shouldn't have done that. I contacted the office immediately and didn't hear back until 4 days later. Meanwhile, I was able to get technicians from other HVAC companies out here to give me estimates, and ended up spending nearly $2,000 to restore the system. While the company initially apologized for the error, they only agreed to not charge for the visit, but the owner refused to compensate me for the costs I incurred to have the unit cleaned and recharged with refrigerant. I was very disappointed that the owner did not step up to do the right thing.
