This review is for the property management arm of Rock Solid. The property I am renting was advertised as having central air conditioning. The AC has not functioned since I moved in. Rock Solid has known about this issue for 10 weeks, and it is still not fixed. 10 summer weeks with no AC. In 10 weeks, there have been only 3 visits from technicians. All 3 visits were unsuccessful. I have been told that due to COVID-19 and Rock Solid's high standards for technicians, scheduling is difficult, and that this failure is being handled in a "timely manner." Perhaps this company was founded in another dimension where time moves more quickly, but here on Earth, 10 weeks to resolve an issue is not considered "timely." TLC Plumbing and Heating, for example, offers same day service most days, and they are a trusted company with good standing in the community.One would think a property management company would be able to fix an HVAC issue on the 2nd visit, but Rock Solid is not that property management company. I am confident I personally could have hired the technicians, and they would have fixed the issue in at most 3 visits. I am certain I personally could have had more than 3 technician visits over a 10 week period. I can only assume Rock Solid is either too cheap, too incompetent, or both, to hire qualified maintenance technicians. Rock Solid has neither offered any compensation, nor a formal apology for their inability to properly manage and maintain this property.
