Rock Creek Apartments

Not a bad place to stay! With utilities included into the price it was easy moving in. Didn't have to set up electricity or any of that. The laundry facility does have a card system which helps with not having cash readily available. Facility is gated so there is a feeling of safety. Been here 2 months and I've loved it thus far!

It looks like we might get to use the pool this year. New management. Give em a chance.

Used to really like this place but new owners remodeling, which is okay, but a few neighbors have moved out and just recently got the neighbor from hell beneath me. Plays loud, loud music and have complained about it to manager after having asked him to try to keep it down and it seems whatever manager told him, if she did, isn't working. Gonna run my lease out but start looking for a new place cuz just too much noise already and young guys that have no respect for their neighbors. It's their world!

I recently moved into Rock Creek and as it has new owners and a new management company I have seen constant clean up and fixing up. this is becoming a great place to live.

Complex has a swimming pool that is basically a free playground for kids. Screaming all summer from 12 to 10pm every night. Including "pool parties" for kids birthdays

If you can keep yourself from living here PLEASE DO SO.Whole company is cheap and a piece of garbage.Nothing ever works and theirs SHIT EVERYWHERE.Keep in mind they keep raising rent here currently raised to $980 HAHAHAHA.

I had serious issues with my air conditioning, heater and water all year long, I complained several times and put in requests for it to be fixed and they would just bring me small heaters and coolers because they couldn't fix the issues . I recently moved out in September, it's been 3 months and I have not received my deposit back, I've reached out to them multiple times and they have yet to resolve my issue.
