Lots of homeless people stay here, which is a big turn-off. It all makes up for it when they have markets in the area. A great selection of goodies to bring home all from your local ABQ neighbors.

Robison Park is in the heart of Downtown Albuquerque. During summer months this park hosts The Downtown Growers Market. Saturdays are bustling with patrons purchasing all things local from art, fresh veggies and fruits, farm fresh eggs etc. On other days the park is a great place to walk around and enjoy the greenery from the beautiful grass to the amazing shade trees. It's a nice spot for a Sunday picnic or an afternoon stroll after work or during a lunch break. If you haven't been to this park or to the Downtown Growers Market on Saturdays you should definitely give it a try! There is something for everyone. Well for the exception that this park does not have a playground for the kiddos but what better way to use your imagination!

This park is where a lot of really cool community events are held such as the Local Harvest Downtown Growers Market on Saturday mornings, as well as one time or annual events such as the We Art the People community art festival, and the Solar Fiesta and renewable energy festival. In general it is a great place to host these types of happy fun ventures.
