RJ's Carpet Cleaning

5 stars all the way!! We called multiple carpet cleaning companies on a Friday night for an emergency service at work. RJ's carpet cleaners were the first people to give us a yes - They came on time the next morning and both of the men were very professional when they arrived. They did an amazing job with our carpet and finished very quickly. I would highly recommend and will have them return to finish our office. Thank you so much!

Owner was extremely rude, wouldnt return phone calls, then yelled at me claiming it was my fault that those phone calls werent returned. Will never use their services again.

I was keeping a friends dog while they were on vacation. He happened to find an unopened bag of chocolate left over from Easter. Ate the entire bag which made him very sick. He then threw up dark chocolate all over the carpeting leaving 12 very gross large spots. I called around and no one was available. A friend said try RJ's.....they said YES! we can help you today and within an hour I had Chris here treating and cleaning the carpet. Looks fabulous and the day was saved. The dog is feeling better and everyone is happy.....

After 6 years of living at Mountain Run apartments and getting rug cleanings regularly from RJ's, I have to say they didn't do a good job this time. A sign on the door saying keep door shut does not mean skip room. Two out of five rooms were skipped!!! Also in the past, it looked like time was taken to get around items that couldn't be stacked...this was a brush over. I'm letting Mountain Run know as well. Very disappointed....

RJ's Carpet Cleaner's,Wow... Amazing! Professional, Respectful, Thorough but most of all trustworthy. I had two young and strong workers Isaac & JoJo come to my home and analyzed the condition of the carpet and their plan of attack was accomplished in a grid line to line no spot were left out. I watched their moves carefully and I have nothing but praises for these two. Mr. Justin, you must know these guy's are your company's true assets, outstanding job well done! My family has been using RJ's Carpet Cleaning for over 20 years! The team has always been professional and continually does an outstanding job. A couple years ago, a pipe burst in my grandparents house. We discovered that RJ's is open 24/7! The crew arrived shortly after the call and turned what could have been disastrous situation for my fragile grandparents, into a quick clean up.Great customer service!
