Overbooked; I was excused from the massage table/facial room and rescheduled at an inconvenient time. I could not make it to the new appointment. Ended up paying almost $180.00 for absolutely nothing. I wasn't even credited the prepay appointment fee. This is the second time the scheduling was a problem. I will never return and do not recommend this business.

Had the most amazing facial and microblading touch ups by Betty yesterday. It helped me relax, refocus, and my skin looks and feels unbelievable. Thank you Betty!

I met Betty in late 2016, when she was located in Nob Hill, I have received two facials from her that have been relaxing, refreshing and provided me the best advice for my face and growing my eyebrows out. This year I decided to take a leap and get my eyebrows micobladed with Betty. I'm beyond impressed, the process is smooth and painless. Her prices are very reasonable and her scheduling is very flexible. She communicates very easily, text, call and social media. She has moved and the new location is beautiful! It's bigger, bright and it's really a great drive through Corrales! Betty is definitely my go to for my facials and now my eyebrows! I highly recommend her

1. Owner is extremely unprofessional. 2. Not respectful of clients space - will carry on political discussions even when you tell her to stop. 3. Will charge you for cancellation if not 48 hrs out even if you are sick while thinks nothing of changing your time around to accommodate other clients. Stands by her policy on website no matter what without concessions.

I love this place. I had my eyebrows done here two years ago by Betty and they still look amazing! I get compliments in LA all the time! Anytime and I'm in town from California I always make an appointment for a facial. I had a facial with Amber this time and it was one of the best I've ever had. I highly recommend!

Betty is very unprofessional. She does junky brows. She rubs things over freshly tattooed brows wich feels awful. She does it for videos but doesn't get that it's the most untheraputic thing ever

WOW. So, this tired mama was looking to treat myself to a massage to celebrate the end of my workweek and the start of 1/2 of a childless spring break. I like to support local small businesses and someone referred me to this place, Ritual. Surprisingly , this was the texted response I received from the owner to my personal cell phone after booking an online appointment for 3:30 PM - which was the only one avail. I put a deposit down and was looking forward to it.I guess I'll go check on Massage Envy to see if they survived getting blindsided by this bus today. Yelp! That escalated quickly. . Sheesh. Seriously, though. Maybe if you're considering booking yourself here, you should sage yourself or something first. The extremely empathic owner is apparently sensitive to energy. Idk.... ‍

First of all, the studio is located in a super peaceful spot in Corrales, it's a lovely drive and the parking is private. The studio itself is beautifully decorated and very relaxing. Betty truly cares about what she does, and her passion shows during the service. She makes sure plenty of information is provided about the healing process and the products being utilized. I really appreciate the thoroughness to ensure the cosmetic tattoo healed as well as possible. I received tattoo freckles and was so pleased with the placement and the healing process. I will be returning Ritual!

Betty did an adequate job. She micro bladed the 'wet line' on both eyes. I did not go for the second appointment. Results of the first appointment were disappointing. I texted her to tell her of my concerns. I told her at that time that I had not yet written a review, and wanted to talk about what I felt was lacking.Betty immediately returned texts, saying that I had signed a paper indicating my satisfaction at the time of the procedure, that she could not be held up to someone else's standards, and a few other things.Betty did not ask about my concerns. She only wanted to defend her work. She said she did not like how I was talking to her.She said that she could not see me as her client anymore.What I had requested was a brief in-person meeting to show her the outcome, and to ask if a second procedure would fix it. I told her I would not write a review until all the work was done. It did not seem fair. However, I did not want to spend another $250, plus procedural and recovery discomfort, if she thought the work might not really improve.I have of course kept the texts.I feel she did adequate work, but was let down by the interaction we had following.

Betty was so professional and made me feel comfortable right away. My results have exceeded my expectations! I could recommend her and Ritual enough.
