Rio West Floral

So, my Daughter spoke with me early Mothers Day, she had ordered flowers for me to be delivered the day before (Saturday) and they never arrived. While I was in bed sleeping (yes, I go to bed early) around 7'ish they arrived. Unfortunately, I was already done for the day. I got an email from my Daughter this morning and she was so mad! She said they guaranteed delivery for Saturday and she said they weren't what she ordered, she demanded a refund, which she said they gave her. I agree with her, she sent me a picture of what she ordered and I will post both. If they couldn't deliver the day promised at least make it early the next day or even call and ask if we could pickup if you are too busy.

This is a really lovely spot. Pretty jewelry, bath salts, soaps, Sweetshop USA chocolates... My boyfriend brings me arrangements from time to time and they are always beautiful. Also, They were kind enough to donate several pieces for a charity event to raise money for the homeless. It was a summer party in the evening and all in attendance were wearing white and the arrangements were delivered in circular glass bowls with white sand, water, orchids, grasses wrapped around and other exotics with an electric water resistant tea light. It was very elegant, reminiscent of the beach and contributed to a special evening.

Delivered 2 days late and late in the evening when the order had guaranteed same day delivery. Flowers were for my mom who was visiting in town but had already left (they delivered too late!). They said they would find the same one in my mom's town and send some to her at their cost. Almost 2 weeks later and they still haven't kept their end of the deal. An expensive purchase for no reason.

Unbelievable, I cannot believe how low a business would stoop. Figuring the arrangement is going to a healthcare/rehab facility figuring it was for an elderly person and thinking the sender lived elsewhere?? A florist who thinks that because I sent my mother for her 91st birthday today, who lives here, (and guess what, so do I) an arrangement through ProFlowers.com. I paid $73 for a premium size arrangement, tiey sent almost dead alstromerias but what's worse is there were barely ANY of the variety of flowers it was supposed to have including roses. Per the website the arrangement was in a Premium size, and description to include the following;"Make her blush with this pretty bouquet of fresh pink, white, magenta, green and lavender flowers. Pink roses, white daisies, magenta mini-carnations, green mini-poms, lavender limonium and monte casino asters are arranged in a glass vase accented with a hot pink satin bow". Instead she got barely a hint of flowers but a substantial bunch of green ferns and thought they'd get away with it. Too bad my family member went to see her today and took photos to show me.Only reason I didn't go myself is I just had major surgery. I am furious! Such and unprofessional company.

I was pretty disappointed in the company with what I got for my order. it was a really big day since it was my wedding to start off we where support to pick the flowers up at 11am on 08/18/18 since the wedding didn't start until 1pm well when my now husband gets to the shop at the time we advised which was at 11am they where not even done they still had to be put together. so they offered to deliver when they where done they got to the church at about 12 pm . the order wasn't even right my husband wanted a closes rose so it looked more romantic and would last longer it was opened and my husband had to pull petals off the rose so it could look better. then with my bridesmaids thier bouquets where super tiny and had holes in some parts they didnt even look full and the white roses where way to bloomed they just fell apart . the groomsmen didnt even get to wear thiers they just fell apart it was very sad .

In mid December I placed an order with Jolene at Rio West Floral. Specifically asking for an 18-C5P red floral arrangement (lots of red, please) for December 22nd. Sadly the arrangement was delivered by a driver that didn't knock or ring the bell. The temperature in Albuquerque was below zero and the family was home. They discovered the uncovered flowers in the morning, dead. I sent a message to Tara, the owner and she was very sorry, said she would make an arrangement and deliver it herself. Customer service was great at this point. Christmas is such a busy time that the owner had her daughter design and deliver the flowers. They were UNACCEPTABLE. Half dead, broken and pretty awful. They were in a brown basket. I was told there would be complete refund and a delivery could be made in the future to make up for this mess. No refund and no more flowers.Total disaster leaving my ABQ family without a centerpiece for Christmas and my sister without a gift.

Wow! Amazing customer service and quality items! My 17-year-old son had an emergency appendectomy and I was in Tennessee, so had to get something sent to him Fast! While in the ambulance and in pain he told me they were taking him to Rust Presbyterian. I called the two closest florists. Only Rio West had big teddy bears, smilie face balloons and could do a turquoise bouquet so got everything ordered for delivery. I told them he would be released soon so wanted it to arrive quickly. The whole time they were of course, we'll take care of everything. So, they call me and tell me Jakes not at Rust Pres? So, I call my son and he says, oops, they ended up taking me to Pres Main. I called the florist and they said no problem they're on the way and didn't even ask for more money for a farther delivery. My goodness! If you're looking for a great florist, look no further!!! They're crazy accommodating! Ty ;-) and my son left the flowers and balloons for the younger kids on his floor he kept the teddy to guard his incisions

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Ordered flowers for my mother who lives out of state to be delivered on Dia de las Madres through Teleflora. Teleflora is a third party online company that works with local flower shops. I was very disappointed when my sister sent me the picture of the arrangement my mom received (by the way at 8pm), it was NOTHING like the one I ordered online!! COMPLETE OPPOSITE!! Called Teleflora immediately to complain about it, I was very upset that her Mother's Day gift was not at all what I was expecting. Talk about false advertising :/ Obviously this flower shop knew what the arrangement was supposed to look like and didn't even try to copy it. The arrangement looked like my 5 year old picked the flowers from our neighbors house. The next day my mother received another arrangement similar to the one I originally ordered, but still not what I wanted. The woman that delivered the flowers seemed bothered, how is it our fault your shop couldn't get it right the first time?? We never receive an apology from them either. I did get a refund from Teleflora which I think is completely fair, but they told me in order to get a FULL refund we had to return the arrangement. I will not be using Teleflora or this flower shop again! Check out the picture of both arrangements....

Terrible experience. I ordered flowers through ProFlowers for my wife's birthday. Rio West Floral was supposed to fill the order. The flowers were never delivered. I contacted ProFlowers several days later and they followed up with Rio West Floral who admitted they never delivered the flowers. They offered to upgrade my order and have it delivered that day. While they did deliver something that day, it was certainly not an upgrade-it was worse than what I had originally ordered. There was no apology and had I not followed up with ProFlowers they never would've delivered anything.

I hosted a milestone celebration for a very good friend at Bravo Uptown. The celebration was made more special with floral centerpiece arrangements and a beautiful corsage, made for the guest of honor, from Rio West Floral. The guests were so impressed with the beautiful yellow and white arrangements that perfectly matched the rest of the decorations. I highly recommend Rio West Floral for their spectacular floral design capabilities and excellent customer service.
