Rio Rancho T-Shirts

Looking for embroidery services in Rio Rancho, we contacted about 4 different shops and this was the friendliest, most willing to answer questions and best pricing we came across. Sure, there was a fee to convert our logo to a usable file but every shop had this fee. The per piece price was very reasonable, they had great recommendations on sizing and placement, the turnaround time was fantastic and they were very communicative during the production process sending proofs and making small adjustments as needed. We ended up having jackets, sweaters and beanies made and all were perfect! I cannot recommend Rio Rancho T-shirts enough. We'll be back.

They are very affordable, and will create whatever graphics you desire. They have added staff to keep production expanding.

TERRIBLE customer service!! Service was not completed when it was promised. When I called to check up on my item, I was told the reason it wasn't done on time was because they had several large orders the same week. So, I guess my order wasn't important enough to be taken seriously. I would also give 0/5 stars if I could. I will ensure none of my co-workers ever use this business for military uniform items, ever! How disappointing for a local business!! Rude, disrespectful, and they did nothing to try to fix their error.

I use Rio Rancho T-Shirts for my uniforms. Wayne designed the logo for my polo shirts. He helped me pick out thread colors that went well with the shirts. Now when I need uniforms I just order. The return is timely and the price is fair. Wayne and Penny have good hearts and are an asset to the community.

From the minute I walked in these folks knew what I needed and they had the time to do it right the first time. Affordable and genuine people. All these bad reviews that talk about a bad experience are lying. Probably a competitor or disgruntled employee. I'm a tell you know these people are solid and professional. They make custom t-shirts for me all the time. Embroidered gift for my family members this past Christmas. Give me a try they good people like you.

Would give it 0 stars if possible. Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced.Owner missed his own deadline to show us artwork 3 times with out a call or e-mail as a heads up. When we showed up to ask, we were treated like we were being pushy and rude; that he was too busy trying to run a business to deal with customers.Luckily, we found a better place nearby who was more than happy to have our business.

Be warned, they will change the location of the embroidery without your consent.Gave them a jacket to embroider in December. When it turned out the hoop would not fit inside the left chest pocket, the arbitrarily made the decision to move the design to the right chest. They never called to ask permission.The problem was it was immediately underneath the jacket company logo. So now there was brand confusion.When I called them on it the owner screamed at me. Said he had a disclaimer for customer provided merchandise and that they're not responsible. I told him a dislaimer is in the event of accidental damage. This was negligent. He offered to refund the $8 for embroidery but that didn't help me with the $40 jacket I now ad to replace. The way he screamed at me and his assocates was ridiculous.I'm surprised this company is still in business. The other reviewers are correct. Worst service ever. I now do business exclusively with T-Shirts and Things in Rio Rancho. They know what they're doing.
