If you have sleep issues, avoid this place at all costs. You will never get a follow up, you will not get the correct referral. You will be waiting MONTHS with no contact, no information, and no care. I cannot stress this enough, avoid this place.

When this was a independent organization not under this new chain called El Paso Sleep Center , it was a excellent place for sleep medicine and sleep supplies . Now since the owner filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy, the sleep center was purchased by El Paso Sleep Centers. I just had a recent visit and the place is disorganized and it appears the current employees are frustrated with the transition as it came out during my appointment. Additionally now I have to go to an external source for my supplies since the new company will not the Rio Rancho office issue sleep supplies . I can't even call the El Paso office to get supplies . This is a ownership issue that needs to get fixed ASAP . I plan on sticking with them for a few more months , but if things don't get back to the professional standard they once were at , I'm moving to UNM and will have rely on order my supplies through web based companies. I recommend going else where until they get organized .

Went for a one year follow up today as I was established with the previous company. The small waiting area was packed and they were very behind. I was called 1 hours and 15 minutes past my appointment time. Other people were leaving or very disgruntled.

Thank You /Thank You /Thank You to everyone at Rio Rancho Sleep Center!!! I APPRECIATE everyone that helped in my Sleep Study and getting my equipment Sooooo Quickly. Another Sleep Lab that my Cardiologist suggested couldn't get me in for Sleep Study wasn't Able to get me in for 10 weeks; but when I explained my situation and severity toRRSC that had me in within a week! Once we had the results of my study; the medical Supply company told me it would take 7-14 days to get equipment. I called RRSC that sent the order To let them know what I was told; they called the DME that day and magically I had a appt that night!! If you need a Sleep Study don't LOOK Any Further for a Sleep Lab!

Good luck with these guys. There is a lack of integrity and follow through. They will not take the time to provide any personalized service.There is always an excuse.I have a voicemail informing of an upcoming appointment. She confirmed the wrong date and denies it even though I have a recording. The problem starts with the Jackie the office manager. I am still waiting for the phone call to schedule a follow up visit from January 4, 2024. Today is March 27, 2024.

Wow what a terrible place! Save yourself headaches and go to another center. Was supossed to have my study by Dec 2, they called said it would be Dec 20 with a call to me, well after waiting 30 minutes no call so I called them and they said they left voicemail, NO they did not i told them they were lying and then they said they would call in a few minutes well its been an hour and no calls. What a joke this place is.

horrible company. Had an appointment today at 12:30 to meet with the doctor to get a refill on my sleep prescription. I call at 11 am to confirm because I didn't get a call yesterday like the operator said I would. When she answers the phone she says I was just about to call you to confirm your appointment. She then puts me on hold and picks up and tells me that the doctor no longer does prescriptions and that i would need to go through my primary care provider and that they can't help me. I ask her why I was told this an hour and a half before my appointment? She says that she called me yesterday and left me a voicemail. I tell her 100% that I didn't get a call or voicemail from them yesterday(i have their number programmed in my phone). She insists she did and then after a back and forth finally admits she didn't and apologizes for not letting me know. My prescription ended the last day of June because when they renewed my prescription last summer, it was supposed to go through the end up July but they accidentally did an 11 month renewal instead of a 12 month renewal. Their response was too bad, July 14th is the soonest when I called at the end of May. Will never use them again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone. They don't answer their phones, they don't call you back when you leave a voicemail and they never have a clue on what is actually going on with their patients and don't care. The in town doctor seems to work about 1 or 2 days a week and when I did the call in visit last summer the office called me and transferred the call to his phone. He was riding his bike in the bosque and didn't seem to have any info on who he was talking to but at least i got 11 months of my 12 month subscription. What a joke

This place is horrible. I have been trying to get a new machine for 6 months. I don't understand how they are in business. They are supposed to provide Health care and they cant. Are they not breaking some kind of law?. I am going to find an attorney and see what my options are.

I wish I could put a negative number. This place is a joke at best. They set my son up for a study and told him to show up when they were CLOSED! Then they said they had no record of him coming in, yet they billed me for a consult. When I refused to pay, they said they'd send to collection. These people are wackado! I wouldn't trust them with a stuffed animal.

I don't think they even deserve one star! I scheduled an appointment to have a new CPAP setup. They schedule me on a day that they do not staff techs that setup the CPAP. My evaluation consisted of a person telling me that I'm doing a good job of using my CPAP. I then received a bill for $75 for that evaluation. I requested my Rx that day and here it is almost 7 months later and still don't have my Rx. The incompetence of this place is unbelievable! I have called at least 6+ times to get my Rx and the billing resolved over the almost 7 months! You would have to be CRAZY to even think of wasting your time and money at this place. I had two prior sleep studies under the old ownership and had no complaints. Everything went smooth and was a wonderful experience. Based on the current situation, this place should be shutdown for good.
