Rio Rancho Mail Print & Ship

I met the kindest gentleman today at Rio Rancho Mail Print Ship He saved me over $30 on shipping by suggesting and providing a smaller box. He repacked the contents, taped it up, and appeared genuinely happy to do it. They do so much more than shipping too! Give them a try and spread the word!

I just had a miserable experience at Mail, Print & Ship at 4300 Ridgecrest in Rio Rancho. I'd been there before because it's convenient and I like to support small local businesses. I had them mail three packages for me-- the man who waited on me was clearly new and it took a long time for him to input the addressees and attach labels and postage. About a week later one of the packages was returned to me due to insufficient postage. I brought it back into the shop where the owner told me it didn't come from them-- "We don't use labels like that." I insisted so he looked up the name of the addressee on his computer and sure enough the name appeared. The owner said-- "I've seen you in here before-- you must have sent something to him in the past." I went home, thinking maybe I had a senior moment-- then realized I had the original receipt. Sure enough the name of the addressee was on it (as well as the other two packages I had sent) and the postage amount was exactly the same as on the returned package. So I went back to the shop, showed the owner the receipt and was shocked when he still insisted it wasn't sent by Mail, Print and Ship. He offered to refund me the small amount (less than $5.00) and I accepted-- for me it wasn't about the money, it was the principle. This guy clearly has a problem with admitting he makes mistakes and obviously has no respect for his customers. Needless to say, I won't be going back.

This is best place in Rio Rancho for your mailing needs along with other services! The owner even handles balloon orders, great display of his Halloween creation!

This is a hodgepodge of a shop! I needed to ship 10 packages via FedEx and it was super easy at this locally-owned shop. In addition to shipping, I also had some documents printed for me (have you noticed that printer ink is flying off the shelves - Thanks, COVID!). It was easy to email their address and next time I'll just bring my documents on a jump drive to make it even easier.So the hodgepodge part... They have birthday cards and full service balloons - helium balloons and balloon arches through Balloon Galore.

I use MAIL PRINT & SHIP and glad I did it was better than going to the post office the worker was very polite and nice he could be the owner I don't know but he was cool my Debit Card would not work I recently found out if you use your debit card in a post office of any kind and your card is declined you are supposed to use your zip code not your pin number I also got stamps and the giant magic markers that you can make signs with plus Albertsons is around the corner so I went grocery shopping afterwards the pics are things they do and location it was so convenient boy was I Happy made my day

The guy that works there doesnt even want to work, he appears to be so annoyed that i want to drop off my package for fedex. Horrible service

More convenient than the post office, and not as busy. They are our go-to for certified mail. Recently used their lamination service as well. They are closer to,our house than the PO.

Horrible service. Owner was really rude. I had a package delivered back to them cause I cancelled it. And he's say he doesn't have it. He's a liar and thief. I don't recommend this place at all.

This is the best place to ship in Rio. There is no line and plus so much to offer beyond shipping. Need Banners they can do that. Need copies they can do that. Need something for your office they can do that. So your at a job site and blue prints get destroyed they can print new ones for you while you wait. Must check them out and always shop Rio first.
