My spring suddenly broke on my door late Sunday afternoon. I called Rio Rancho Garage Door, based on a recommendation from a neighbor and I am glad I did!When I called I explained to the lady who answered my situation. She did explain to me that they were booked all day and that they would be able to come tomorrow early. She then asked me if there was a car stuck in the garage, I informed her that my wife's car was. She then looked at the techs schedules and was able to fit me in a window between 2pm and 4pm same day! I was extremely thankful and glad I called them since they were able to go above and beyond in accommodating me.John, the tech, called before coming to let me know he was on his way. He arrived before his estimated time and came and inspected my door. He quickly could see what the problem was and informed me of what had to be done. The price was extremely reasonable and affordable. He was able to complete the work in less than 30mins. I couldn't say enough positive things about RIO RANCHO GARAGE DOOR and highly recommend them! Our lovely lab really did a number on our sensor wires for the garage opener. Chewed right through those suckers like they were made of meat or something else equally delicious. Not sure what it accomplished for him, but for us it caused a bit of stress. We were imagining all sorts of financial strain and hassle that we would need to go through to get it fixed. Queue Rio Rancho Garage Door. We see their building regularly as we live near their location. They were the first to pop in our minds and their yelp page seemed promising as well. We give them a call and less than 24 hours later - and a much smaller amount of green than we were imagining - our opener is functioning better than before Fido had a go at it. The gentleman even offered tips for us to follow to keep it working flawlessly. I'd definitely use them again and recommend.

I'm so happy I found this company. I called late Friday morning and John was able to come out just a few hours later. Our spring had broken and the garage door would not open. John was very professional and kind, he fixed the spring and oiled all the parts for us and let us know what to expect and what to watch for in the future. He did not try to upsell us or push us to do anything more than what was necessary. Speedy, efficient, professional service, we will definitely use again in the future for our garage needs. The whole fix only took about an hour! Very impressed and will be recommending to others!

I bought a new home, garage door opener, I believe, is the original from 1998 when the house was built. After servicing it myself, I couldn't get it to close with the wall control. I called on a Sunday afternoon, left a message and within 30 minutes I had a call back from Nancy. We arranged service for the following day. She was so pleasant and was able to accommodate my schedule conflicts. John, the garage technician, arrived at the agreed upon time, did some minor adjustments and my door was working again! Eventually, I will need a new garage door opener and I will not hesitate to call Rio Rancho Garage Door again. Thank you Nancy and John...great customer service is so rare these days!

I just called Rio Rancho Garage Door to get a spring replaced that had just broken. they were friendly and knowledgeable over the phone, and as we were talking my cell phone lost power. they called back right away and set up an appointment window for the next day. they arrived as promised and were able to replace the spring quickly even though both cars were stuck in the garage and there wasn't much space to work. the price was reasonable as well. they also adjusted the garage door settings, door alignment, and lubed the rollers. they discussed maintenance and what to watch for when the door operates in case future problems occur. Great service, highly recommend!

It's impossible to be any more positive about about this business! Close to closing time I called in a panic because my garage door was stuck in a halfway open position. I live in an area with a lot of coyotes and I was worried that they might try to come into my garage where I store some food. In less than an hour, Eric showed up on his motorcycle and started working on my door, not only did he fix the wheel that came off the track, but he adjusted several parts of the door until it was in perfect working order. He did all this cheerfully and professionally. I can't thank him enough for helping out in my time of need. I highly recommend Eric and this business if you have any garage door issues.

Our garage door broke and we could not close it. We called Rio Rancho Garage Door at 5:00 pm and the next morning they had a technician out. We were pretty sure our garage doors would need replacing. Nope - these guys are so professional. He tweaked everything that needed tweaking, replaced a part or two, charged us around $150 and left with a smile but not without checking the workings of our other garage door. This is the second time we used them and I am a believer. Great, friendly service at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Our garage door would not open by remote control....the tech came out to service the unit. We were told by him that the mother board was shot and he would have to order a new one.p, the cost would be somewhere in the range of $350 bucks....before he left he once again tried one of the remotes and it worked, he tried the second remote with no luck. Okay, so he told us he would order the new board and would contact us when it was in.....we never heard back from the guy. Poor customer service and we also wondered if he was giving us a line about needing a new board, cause the one remote worked fine after he reset the unit.....We moved on to another company and we will never call this company back again.
