Rio Rancho Carpet Upholstery Cleaning

I'm not sure why these other reviewers said that the prices were good as I got a quote for 150 and ended up with a 750$ bill. The work was excellent and yes the stains were gone but I have never heard of someone up charging $400 for "pet stains". My carpets are clean but my budget is wrecked. I hate to give this review as it's a mom and pop business but i don't want this to happen to someone else. I still have rooms to clean as this price was just for four areas. I just moved to NM from California and I can tell u I just paid double the amount that we would have paid in California.

Wonderful! The customer service was top notch and my carpet has never been so clean! Pet stains are gone and have NOT come back. The whole house smells so clean and fresh. The prices are VERY reasonable. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a good carpet and upholstery cleaner.

I needed a bedroom carpet cleaned and I looked for a carpet cleaner online. I opted for Rio Rancho Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning since they are a local business. I read the reviews on Yelp and wanted to give this business a chance -- and I wanted to leave a review since there were only 3 available. I was happily surprised at how quickly my appointment was scheduled (I called on a Monday, Appointment on a Thursday). On the day of the appointment, I was sent a text when they were on their way and the person to expect (Kelly!). Kelly was great. He saw that my outdoor spigot needed replacing and showed me what was broken. Fortunately, his equipment could still work with my spigot and he went to work to identify the stains on the carpet using a UV light. The actual work did not take too long and the carpet looked great when he was done. I would recommend Kelly and the business if you need to have your carpets cleaned. We also agreed on the price before he started so I could manage how much I would spend without getting any surprises at the end. Thank you, Kelly and company!! I will be calling again for more cleaning soon!

We just moved into a new build home in Rio Rancho and were informed on our walk through that none of the tiles or shower were sealed! It's a 2,600 square foot home were two third's of it is tile. We found these guys and they gave us a same day quote. Very reasonably priced compared too other companies that wanted an arm and a leg. We ended up doing a shiny sealer on the shower and a matte on the floors and it came up beautifully!!! It also comes with a three year warranty too. Thank you again guys for your amazing work!

Very pleased with their service. Appointment was made within a week of request. Crew was friendly yet professional. We had 3 small bedrooms carpet cleaned. Easy job, no stains, and was completed in a short time. I like the fact that they have a truck mounted unit so only hoses were brought into the home. I will definitely call them again.

Okay, Rio Rancho did a truly OUTSTANDING job. I do not write excellent reviews often, at all. I am fairly demanding. But the impressive thing about this company is not just that they did an outstanding job getting stains out of a new couch that were very difficult to remove, but that they were UNCOMPLAINING AND COMPLETELY PROFESSIONAL when they had to come back and do a second pass the next day when a few of the stains (which required neutralizing) were incompletely removed. They continued at the job for hours until the result was excellent. They were just entirely professional and you couldn't want a better attitude. You will be more than not disappointed, you will be very happy you chose this company. Did I mention that the COST WAS VERY REASONABLE FOR WHAT THEY DID?? Use them.
