My mother and I are attending my sisters wedding next month and need our dresses hemmed. They never called us to let us know they were done when my mother called a month after dropping them off that was when they told us the hems were finished. When we pick up the dresses we weren't happy with the hems but we thought we could press the new ripples the hem had created. Unfortunately the fabric was caught and sewn in a way that will never lay flat. When we went to tell them we weren't satisfied with the work they were very rude, there was no apology or effort to try and resolve the situation. Will not be going back with any of my garments again.

Avoid this place! They are rude, unprofessional and have no regard for customer service. Dismissive and unwilling to correct their subpar work.

Best place to get flawless alterations done in Rio Rancho. She makes her alterations look just like you bought it that way. Great prices and pretty quick!

Worst alterations ever well actually maria said my daughter's alterations would be done today went to pick it up and they were not even done!!!! I needed the dress done today and im literally in tears because it is not finished!!! Maria is super rude! Worst customer service ever

First visit and it was great. My pants felt niiiiiice! Nice feeling, nice fit, nice and clean.

I would give this place no stars if I could. The worse place ever and the women that works there and the owner are terrible I don't even know how the business is still running. My mother went to get alterations done and used her Apple Card which they took the money then tried saying that her card declined but it obviously showed that it was taken out of her account. Then they tried blaming her for fraud which is untrue because it shows they took her money. No wonder they have such a low rating I wish we seen this before she went there.

Rio Rancho Alterations is the most incompetent and unprofessional business I have ever encountered. To keep the story short, I was told a few items I needed hemmed would be less than $10 a piece. I went to pick up my items and they were charging me nearly double that. When I tried to discuss the charges, I was told that I was never told that, even though the seamstress herself and the front desk woman told me TWICE what the price would be. Another woman came in and cursed at me and told me to pay get out! I had my 1 year old baby with me also. What a joke of a business.I should have known better, as my husband had his dry cleaning ruined there earlier this year. Please, do not support these rude people and go elsewhere.

These people are the least professional I've ever dealt with. Went in to have the waist widened on pajama bottoms. Their alterations person was on "emergency leave" So I was unable to discuss the job. They called me to pick up the finished job about 3 weeks later. When I saw the work done I was really upset at the extremely poor workmanship. Went back to discuss the poor job but no response other than to reiterate the alterations person was on emergency leave. I asked about contacting the person but was told, "they didn't know how to reach her." They refused my request for a refund. My recommendation is to stay from this business.
