Rio Grande Lofts

Recently leased an apartment here. Met the owner as well the other staff and although it was bit pricey they made it really easy for me to move in. It is really beautifully renovated and being from Colorado I have always admired the traditional Southwestern architect. I have yet to pay a utility bill but since I hardly have to turn on the A/C because of the thick adobe insulated walls I doubt it'll be more a 20!!! Anyways I'm really happy with the area and even considering a small puppy since it's right next to a park and management is pet friendly, seeing as how i'm alone. Anyways, I really recommend Rio Grande Lofts and if I knew more people in town I would definitely recommend it to them!
