There is a big and uneven gap between counter pieces, which they filled with wood putty. They told us we wouldn't be able to notice.

They chipped the counter top while cutting it and then ruined it further by sanding it in an effort to hide the chips

Every silicone gap they did is not actually filled, and is already cracking. This one has blue plastic from the sink that they didn't remove

Avoid this company at all costs. We hired them in November for a kitchen remodel. They have not provided any itemized accounting on billing, and have overcharged us by more than $8,000. They have not responded about a refund other than to come back with invented charges for work that was not done.The quality of the work is deeply upsetting. The floor tile is uneven, with holes in the grout at the threshold. They damaged the countertops we had purchased and were unable to install them evenly. To top it off, they used unlicensed workers for electrical and plumbing work. The refrigerator water supply is coming out hot rather than cold.After 11 days since notifying them of the accounting errors, they've done nothing to address any of these issues. We emailed the company saying we needed the overcharges refunded and the poor work corrected; they responded saying "after several hours of scrutinizing our invoices...we found many mistakes that need to be addressed...I'm sorry that it didn't happen in a timeframe that was suitable for your delicate constitution."We're still waiting.
