This is the first negative review I've ever had to post online. I am a longtime Ford customer and for Sales, Rich Ford was top notch. I've purchased and leased from here and they were phenomenal. However, if you ever want to rely on them for service afterwards I would recommend staying far away. I am leasing a 2023 Bronco for them and a "Check Engine" light went off. When I called to schedule a service, I was given a date nearly a month out. I tried to point out that this was a leased vehicle from their dealership under warranty with a Check Engine light and that made no difference to them. They recommended that I try to walk-in to drop it off, so 30 minutes later I showed up as a walk in and they completely refused to look at or let me drop off the vehicle, but also noted it shouldn't be driven, and recommended I schedule an appointment (which would be done in a month). I asked to speak to a manager or customer service to try to work this out, and the only thing they would do for me is give me a national Ford Customer Relations number. I've never encountered customer service this poor so please keep this In mind before doing business with Rich Ford. I would strongly recommend finding a better dealership in town, but unfortunately they have lost my business moving forward. They will sell you anything, but on the back end make no effort to help if your leased vehicle actually requires service.

I have been taking my explorer to Rich Ford since 2021. My advisor/tech Maria has been amazing. She is transparent, understanding and is always eager to get my vehicle fixed and in a timely manner. Very attentive and has build a great relationship with me and my wife. Thank you Maria! We will see you again.

We dealt with a young man named Jake he was no pressure. He let us look around. He answered every one of our questions he made it super easy. then we met with Makita and saybell who were full of life and fun made the transaction super fun and Mike the accounting manager was just as terrific. Would I buy a car there again absolutely without a doubt great people they treat you like family.

Once again, they are so booked (2-3 days out before they can even diagnose the car) that I have to spend my money elsewhere. Good for their business but terrible for their customers. The service advisor didn't even tell me that it's going to be 2 -3 days out. It's a good thing I asked when it will be ready.

I've been to this dealership several times since I purchased a used Mustang EV from them in 2022. For most of the appointments I showed up for, I was confirmed via text message or email. However, when I arrived I was told the maintenance I was scheduled for would not be a possibility due to an unavailable EV tech, or a lack of parts, or what seemed like just high volume when I arrived at the service department. Seems like there might be an issue with their scheduling system, or they had me confused with the previous owner of the vehicle. The appointments were scheduled weeks in advance as the dealership is over a 2 hour drive for me.One exception was Maria in the service department, who helped me out when I was getting a recall done. She prioritized the vehicle after I showed up a THIRD time for a recall the dealership didn't have parts, or a technician for, the first 2 times. She was actually great to work with after an initial rocky start.This is my second Mustang. The first also had some issues, but ran well for the 4 or so years I drove it. My biggest takeaway is that Fords, and their dealerships in particular, aren't set up for serious, busy people who don't have time to be taking their cars to the dealership a lot. Though, there's still some good folks working here if you're lucky enough to find them

Just went in to buy spark plugs and the snot behind the counter wanted to charge me more than in was online . Then if I wanted to order them online he said he would still have to process it if he got the chance. I will never be back!

BEWARE! I asked about a vehicle being on the lot, I got a text saying yes it was. We made a 3 hour trip one way to find out that it was not on the lot. it was a wasted trip and time. Afterwards was told they would have it in the next week. Felt like it was no big deal to both the salesperson and manager.

Sales experience was great. No bad comments for our salesperson or for the manager who helped make the sale at what we were willing to pay. However, I have great concern of the quality of their blue certified process for used vehicles. Just within 2 weeks of purchase the one vehicle we bought needed a new battery, which we replaced. However, 2 weeks after that the air conditioning started going out. It was still under the 30 day warranty, but they did not fix the air conditioning. We had to pay the $100 fee for diagnostic tests only to be told that the cabin air filter needs to be replaced. Yet, they were going to charge us over $400. This same vehicle had a window recall that never got taken care of and as we inquired about it, were told they would not be able to fix that until we replaced the windshield since it has a star in it. Nevermind, we purchased the vehicle with a star. This recall should have been taken care before the vehicle was put on the used lot. Also being "blue certified" a cabin air filter should have been checked and replaced. Service representative Maria was horrible at returning phone calls and calls and texts came from at least 3 different numbers. Seems that once she knew we had concerns, she quit trying to contact us. If you are an elderly woman who goes to fast lane without an appointment BEWARE!You will wait a long time for service, they are not truthful about how long it will take to fix the problem, and they will overcharge you for the work done.

Purchased a car 5 months ago. When it came time for first service their service department damaged the vehicle and refused to do anything about it. Management did not care to help. Do not use recommend purchasing anything or using the service department
