Ricas Gorditas Vale

This is my favorite place to get gorditas. The chicken ones with the side of green chile is my favorite. Service is always quick and nice. I've gone to both the food truck and the restaurant. The restaurant is clean and just big enough for a large group.

We had the red chili cheese enchiladas. The chili was not my favorite. My husband got the Gordita's we both got corn not flour. And out of all 4 we like the chicken cream one that was it. Waitress seems rushed, they are busy. The cashier does need to be a little more friendlier. Would I go back? Not sure.

These are the bombest gorditas I've ever had! I ordered the flour (didn't even know this was a thing) carne asada. I bought the pollo (chicken) con crema for my husband and he said the same. Their location is a ways out from where I live and the reason I hadn't been here sooner. I was nearby today and thank goodness I went. I got my order to go and it only took about 10 minutes. The restaurant isn't very big and it was packed, but the customer service was excellent and very quick. I highly recommend this place to anyone, I promise you won't be disappointed and if you are, something's wrong with your tastebuds Unfortunately, I ate mine too fast and didn't get a pic.

Pulled up to a dirt parking lot, parked and read the menu as best we could from the car. The nice clerk who waited on me said it would take about 10 minutes and she would let me know, I pointed to my car and she said OK.She motioned that it was ready, I picked it up and asked for all the salsas available, since it was my first time and wanted to know what to order the next time.We ordered:Gorditas de maiz, frijole con quezo (Corn gorditas with beans and cheese)Tacos de Pollo (chicken tacos cooked in a sour cream sauce) unique!The green sauce was mild and the red sauce was hot.Great social distancing place to eat.

Great place for some Gorditas!! Since it was during lunch we called it in and by the time we arrived our order was piping hot and you could smell and taste the chile in the gorditas! At $2.50 a gordita you very well expect them to be delicous and packed with filling.. Lucky for us they were! You can choose between a flour or corn gorditas. I ordered the flour and it tasted like that of a grandma-made puffed up flour tortilla (granted this means they are very thin). One of mine was filled with the CARNE CON PAPAS Y CHILE ROJO (beef, potato, and red chile) it was hot and filling. The meat was thinly sliced mixed with small diced broiled potatoes all combined with some chile rojo that was perfectly seasoned. The heat on these was about a medium so if you want something spicy but not to bad your ears burn this is the way to go. The second was a RAJAS CON QUESO (slices of chile and cheese) not sure if it was a mixture of jalapenos and chopped green chile but i can tell you that while this one was amazing it was so spicy i was only able to eat about half. The amount of filling was decent and I was more than full with two gorditas. This is a great place to come eat or pick up food if your craving that authentic Mexico taste. It's fast, affordable, and the flavors are on point!

This gorditas are so legit I could not stop eating them, they have a flower or a corn option and doMany great options for the inside, i wish they had a location closer to the metro area!

The food was disgusting!! Who is tater tot's for breakfast? I understand that y'all are trying to make life easier but cooking hash browns...really? Blake's does it and it is fast food! How can a sit down restaurant not cook hash browns? The sausage patties were frozen and over heated where they were shriveled around the edges. The red chili was obviously powdered chile. We are in New Mexico for crying out loud. Chile capital and y'all cannot use chili pods?

I'm a little disappointed i always eat here, but this time me and my daughter ordered 2 green chili gorditas and chili relleno burrito and the chilis were not roasted right and also the green desebrada was sour made us sick. Guess we won't be going back.

Really great Gorditas's and tortas, 100% recommend people check this place out if they are looking for authentic Mexican food.

We've only tried the food truck, I know they have an actual restaurant but the food truck never disappoints. The food is so delicious and fast served. Very affordable as well!
