Rhino Roofing

Rhino Roofing was excellent. Randy came out and did a repair on our flat roof. He did a great job. He was very informative and was quick on our repair. We appreciated his help. We would recommend Rhino Roofing to anyone in New Mexico. We know that the repairs will hold up and was affordable.

Poor customer service. Tried to call and get ahold of someone but haven't received anything back. Got an inspection and was told I had tons of damage. They made me submit a claim with my insurance and said I can get a free roof. After insurance inspection cannot get a call back from Rhino. Go with a company that stick with you throughout the process.

Great job! They fixed my leak. Very professional, fair pricing and punctual. I highly recommend Rhino Roofing.

This company is bad news. They were sent to me by an aggressive solar company who was trying to convince me to have my entire roof re-done to fold it into a my solar rebate in a way that seemed fairly questionable from a tax perspective...but all of that aside...When the guy showed up to give me a quote he said I needed my roof to be completely replaced asap and pushed me to call my insurance company and file a hail damage claim. I wasn't thrilled about that, but figured if there really was hail damage... The insurance assessor found no sign of hail damage, so that was just a waste of everyone's time. The representative at State Farm said they were receiving a huge increase in such cases of claims pushed by roofers that weren't really valid. After the claim was open, but before the State Farm assessor came, the guy from Rhino came back a second time with a co-worker because they needed to look at the roof more thoroughly to give me a proper quote. They offered to come when I wasn't home, which I wasn't thrilled about, so I made sure to be home. I was inside working when I heard drilling on my roof! I ran outside and asked what they were doing. They said the "had" to take core samples to give me a full quote. I said I wasn't even sure I needed to have my roof re-done and really didn't want holes in it! They rolled their eyes and said they were filling them and acted like it didn't matter because my roof would be replaced soon. A friend who is a contractor, and the roofer I am actually going to use, have both looked at my roof since. I did not tell them anything about Rhino, but they both commented about an excessive number of cores in my roof and that the way they have been filled with tar isn't sufficient.On the same day as the coring visit, the guys from Rhino pushed to come inside my house and I said I wasn't comfortable (this was well before vaccines came out and neither one was wearing their mask over their nose.) I really had to push back hard and play the "I have cancer card" to get them to back off. That wasn't impressive either. Here we are many months (and a real hail storm) later, and the roofer I trust, who my family has used for 30+ years, checked out my roof and says it's in great condition and just needs a few small repairs here and there for a whopping total of $650. One of the line items in the quote is repairing all of the cores taken by Rhino! Ugh. So now I am paying someone else to fix the damage they caused, and I didn't even hire them!

By far the BEST contractors we have ever worked with!! Everyone we talked to was professional, knowledgeable, and the NICEST people. It's so refreshing to work with a company who truly cares about doing excellent work. Even our insurance adjustor gave them a thumbs up for the quality of their work.On top of the overall quality work and results of replacing our roof, our project manager, Lawrence, is top notch! His customer service is a 10! He kept us informed, answered all our questions, and addressed the few aesthetic things we wanted addressed. Luis and his crew know what they are doing and we are happy with the quality results. Their cleanup was impressive! Randy was assigned as our followup service rep for the warranty and he has already done a great job with his attention to detail on some touch up painting.We highly recommend Rhino Roofing!

Rhino Roofing put a metal roof on my house in 2011.. Ten years later I was painting the trim ( I have a steep 12/12 pitch and no reason to attempt climbing it... or so I thought) and discovered where they had punctured the metal and instead of replacing it, and they covered up the damage by making it look like a caulking gun had leaked silicone glue. I never complained about it until I got near the silicone this year thinking that all I had to do was scrape off some silicone caulk, and found that holes in the roofing had been intentionally filled and disguised to appear like something else.Generally, I overlooked most of the problems, but when I found a deliberate cover up... I lost it.Other problems with their installation: 1) they punctured the stucco siding near the front door... they fixed it with the wrong color and I'm still trying to match it 2) They bent the chimney.. guessing somebody was holding on to it to keep from falling since they didn't use safety ropess 3) They broke a ladder I loaned to them 4) They didn't clean up the roofing screws ... I picked up 2 gallon jars of the screws.When I inquired with the manager of the company if they intended to do anything about it...he told they had no obligation to repair the roof, since the company had changed hands since the work was done.Horrible work and Horrible management. The least they should have done was offered to fix their obvious covered up errors.

During a recent snow melt, our upstairs bathroom developed a few leaks at the exhaust fan and window header. Our TPO roof was still under warranty, having been replaced in 2019 after storm damage.I called Rhino Roofing and they told me they would get the leak fixed and also repair any damage to the interior of our home.Randy arrived and inspected the roof and found the source of the leak right away. He did the needed repairs and told me that Ed would be fixing the damage to the sheetrock and paint inside the home.I called Rhino Roofing and they scheduled Ed to come out and fix the sheetrock and paint. He removed the damaged paint and patched the sheetrock as needed. He did an excellent job and matched the paint perfectly. Afterward it looked as good as new.We have had heavier snow since and the roof is holding up just fine. We appreciated the quick response and the pride taken in workmanship by Randy and Ed. All in all everyone at Rhino Roofing was a pleasure to work with.

Rhino Roofing is AMAZING!!! They did an excellent job when repairing my leaky roof. Their staff was responsive and professional. I even referred them to my neighbor and they came out the same day to take of them. If you need a new roof or roof repair you will not be disappointed

Warning! Rhino replaced my roof only 4 years ago and due to poor workmanship, I will most likely need to replace it this summer. Rhino admitted fault to the issue, which was pressure on nail gun set too high and the nails penetrated the material too far and not leaving enough material for retention. Rhino did not offer to replace correctly, instead, did a tack down with nails on outside and covering the exposed nail heads with silicon. If you are even considering using Rhino, save yourself the money, headache and stress and go with another company that stands behind their quality.

Worst experience I've ever had. The salesmen seemed good at first, and turned into a typical salesman that did not follow through on anything promised. I wanted Metal roofing, originally he said he can make it happen, when insurance approved everything, then he came back and said the market for metal is too high right now. I asked him to quote me anyways that i would be willing to pay out of pocket. He said he would and never did. I have an addition built onto our house and my #1 issue that i wanted addressed was that i wanted a seamless roof, i didn't want it to look patched together like it was an add on. He said he understood and would get it done right. NOPE, have shingles on the whole roof, and rolled out roofing material on the addition. I asked him to come take a look when the installers were done as i thought the quality of the work was horrible. Paint scratches, drip edge cut horribly and done half assed. He said he would take pictures and let me know. Never heard from him. i followed up a few days later, he said the office was reviewing the photos and would get back with no later than one day. It's been over a week and no word. If you want a cheap roof that is going to cost you alot of money, go ahead and use this company. I would stay away though. Horrible service. I'm scared if i have a warranty issue if i will even get it fixed.STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
