Bad communication & not great service! First, they kept my car for 2 days to diagnose & I had to call to get an update on my car. They didn't call me or send me the inspection results & quotes. I have a 97 suburu....estimate came to $6000....if I wanted a new car I'd buy one & don't expect my old car to be in perfect condition. Check engine lite on....they changed the fuel cap & cleaned up the EGR Valve & changed my belts for bout $600. So I pick up the car & drive the car from their shop to Belen & get home finding the hood unlatched. After the July 4th holiday, I had to call to request a copy of paid invoice & get status of repair. The shop is packed with cars & quite dirty...unorganized u professional. I was disappointed with their business even though they are subaru experts supposedly! Check engine lite still on.

Incredible service, super thorough, and all around solid shop. I had my some tires mounted to new wheels, and didn't want to have my wheels scraped up by your standard tire shop. These guys took the time, mounted them clean and made sure everything lined up. They may be a Subaru shop, but the owner knows Volvos well, and I trusted my baby with them. They did a great inspection of the vehicle, a 1990 Volvo 240, photographed or recorded videos of any issues they found so I didn't have to second guess anything they were telling me, and then returned the car looking better than ever! I know this is a Subaru shop, but the guys know how to treat any car that comes in, and I will be back again to make sure my car gets what she needs

These guys are awesome and trustworthy!!! Would not take our Subaru anywhere else! They always answer questions and are willing to help however they can. Best place to take your sick vehicle l!!!

2013 outback with a bunch of miles but still (mostly) running well. Except one day while driving maybe a little too fast through the canyon the engine skips a beat and literally every idiot light on the dash comes on.Worrisome, but other than the one skip the car runs fine... i cautiously head home.Search on the world wide inter web reveals similar mysterious issues have plagued Sub. Owners for awhile... cures are wide, varied and never conclusive... surprise.Suburu dealer took two tries, neither conclusive and ended with the sage advice to ignore it and just "whistle past the graveyard"Felt wrong... even for a spare car doing errand and dog (ride in the car!!) duty.Took it to ReIncarnation and it took them a bit of troubleshooting and a couple hundred bucks but they cleaned all the sensors impacting timing, oil etc. Now almost a month later, car is still running good and without the frightening dash lights.Thanks guys!

First visit with my Subaru crosstrek was nothing short of amazing. I can't wait to keep taking my car here to keep it running well and ready for my daughter in 7 years to take over. Knowledgeable staff and caring. Small bonus- the waiting area is welcoming and a nice place to wait.

Long time customer, took vehicle in because of warning light, was told needed additional work and given a hefty quote for parts. The next day was told the parts would be $1300 more. When I picked up my vehicle, the warning light was still on with additional warning light. Staff said he notified me of the issue over the phone. He DID NOT. FYI, if you schedule an appointment it doesn't mean your vehicle will be taken care of that day.

The customer service was great and efficient for getting an estimate for a big job. The quote on the parts were double the cost at getting them wholesale and ordering yourself, which drove the estimate up a couple thousand for the whole recommended repairs.

A friend recommended this place so I gave it a try. Very nice people. Solid service. HOWEVER. I was given a list of recommended maintenance repairs (some in red and deemed "urgent") that would have cost $3,637. I was told I could use a new radiator, needed new rear shocks, a new serpentine belt, and a valve adjustment (among other things). I just took it to another mechanic I trust for a second opinion. He said all I needed was a new serpentine belt. Just to be absolutely sure, I did a price check online for a new radiator. A quick google search indicated a new radiator should cost me about $70-$116 (see pic). Their estimate (see photo) quoted me at $470.18 (not including labor, new hoses, or a new cap).Lame because I wanted to like this shop...

They did a reseal of my timing chain housing - terrible job that took four times to fix, and then the engine blew up, literally, They tried to deny responsibility and had to take it to Garcia Subaru to prove they were responsible. They are completely incompetent and not honest.

I had a 75 point inspection done here on my 2013 Subaru Outback back in February . The quotes they gave on suggested repairs were down right laughable. I just purchased the vehicle and wanted to see why I was seeing transmission fluid on the ground. Because a trusted friend of mine goes there often I didn't want to challenge them too much BUT they actually put on the inspection it had a blown head gasket! I had to point this out to the guy at the counter because I knew that wasn't right. I am a woman that knows engines. He said OH yeah sorry, thats a mistake that shouldn't be on there......WHAT? I couldn't actually believe the BS they were trying to put past me there. The quotes were outrageous. If you are going here you may want to price check these guys. I was pretty surprised based on the reviews and the amount of business this shop does.
