Every window had bars in them. Our screen was cut open. RV I mentioned that was steeling electricity from the hotel.
Rusted shower curtain, paint actively chipping off the walls.
Mystery stain after they supposedly "cleaned" this room
Pubic hair in bathroom next to shower.
Bag of fast food on the kitchen counter when we checked into our room from a previous guest.
Sliced open screen window
Dead cockroaches that someone smashed on the wall that the maid never cleaned up.
Looks like a forced entrance damage
Dirty walls and floors
Weeping blistered sunburn from being made to stand in the sun after being ejected from the grounds after checking out

On my way to Los Angeles from Virginia this was my last over night stay to rest. I made an excellent choice by staying here. The front desk guy was very courteous and the room was almost immaculate except for the old carpet, however, it was clean too. Clean bed sheets and comfy pillows. The towels were almost new and soft. No noisy people hanging outside. Except what looked like transient or street people hanging out on the main street. There is ample parking for all size vehicles, trucks, and trailers. However, like anywhere on this planet, lock your cars and don't leave visible valuables. Don't be a victim no matter how safe a place might seem.Oh, the breakfast here is not great, but it is warm and filling with all sorts of drinks. Yummy and complementarity!Oh, and your pooch can stay with you for no additional fee.I enjoyed my stay here and I hope your stay can be as pleasant as mine was.Be safe out there.

This hotel is the thing of nightmares!! Stayed here during balloon fest, looked descent in the photos but boy how sadly we were mistaken! There were cockroaches everywhere in our room. There was four dead ones and two live ones in our room during our stay. If that doesn't suggest how badly our hotel room was cleaned prior to us checking in then the bag of leftover fast food on the counter should seal the deal on how dirty it was. I used to clean hotel rooms when I was younger and I'd say that dead bugs, cobwebs, food and trash from prior guests, and changing the sheets would be an absolute obvious thing to do. I'm not entirely sure they even cleaned the room. When I checked the sheets they were full of dirt and sand. I slept on top of the bed sheets all night. I was itching all night so hopefully they don't have bed bugs. I would have walked out immediately and not stayed for a single minute in that hotel room if not every hotel was booked that weekend. We both wore socks the entire time while in the hotel room. We noticed when we were checking out that someone had snapped my boyfriend's car antenna in half while we were parked out side of our hotel room. I was worried the entire time we stayed here about some kind of vandalism to our car because it's such a bad neighborhood. There were drug addicts all over this street/and property and they constantly wandered through this parking lot while we were there. There were two of them constantly standing in the corner near our parking spot staring at the wall. There was groups of drug addicts sitting in front of the hotel actively doing drugs when we pulled into stay at our hotel. Two other junkies pulled in and parked their RV next to our car in the back of the parking lot and went and plugged their power cable from their RV into the side of the hotels electric outlet to steal electricity from them and they just stayed parked their overnight. Btw apparently every morning they reset your hotel room key but did not think to tell us this when we checked in so we got locked out of our hotel. They must have a real problem with squatters at this hotel. We saw squatters go and break into a room and just sit in the room with the lights off and the door wide open. Next door to this hotel is a gas station that has two armed guards on duty.. tells you what kind of area this hotel is in. I've never seen a gas station with two armed guards ever. This is the absolute creepiest grossest hotel I've ever been in. We felt unsafe the whole time, we had to keep going out and checking on our car throughout the night, and it was filthy. No one should ever stay here.. and honestly they should just knock it down. Do not stay here! Run!Pros: It has a roof Affordable Cons: Filthy uncleaned roomsCockroaches Property vandalism UnsafePotential bed bugsDrug addicts everywhereHorrible neighborhood Room keys reset every dayAlmost no internet connectionCable kept freezing

This has been the ABSOLUTE WORST hotel I've ever ever ever stayed at. I booked here because they had a hospital rate and I needed to stay near the hospital to be close to my mother who is in the Trauma ICU. I reserved my room in person 24 hours in advance and was told it would be ready to check in at 3:00 today. It's now 4:45 and housekeeping is barely starting in there but they gave me my key at front desk and said it was ready. There are giant roaches here too! Stay far away if you have the option! Also after housekeeping "cleaned" my room there was still filth everywhere. The microwave is disgusting and behind the toilet is disgusting too as well as the rest of the tile floors. I will be asking for my money back

Budget hotel (sketchy, moderately clean) but inexpensive, good location, nice staff, lot of parking. Free pets and free wifi. Breakfast (waffle, bagels, cereal, coffee, juice) free also. Bed comfy and lots of tv channels. Shower had one setting--ice cold. Overall, good for budget ppl and short stays. I'd probably stay again it looking for a 1 night option as the price was right.

This location was quite possibly the scariest hotel I have ever stayed up.The building is obviously run down, and the management has done very little to upgrade rooms and services. Although the staff was very welcoming, and very nice and accommodating, I would not recommend anyone staying here, unless you are armedSketchy Ratchet Scary

I booked a room online. Showed up and all rooms are full, even after I previously called to confirm that the reservation was standing. The person at the front desk had an attitude from the get go. I asked if she could help me by calling another Red Roof nearby, and I was basically told that she was over it and she couldn't help me. "You can use your phone to find another hotel". Worse. Service. Ever.

A nice hotel with the most friendly of staff. The room was decent and fairly modern. The shower had strong water pressure and there were plenty of towels provided. They are pet friendly. The area where this is at does not seem to be the best. It's a bit difficult to get into the parking lot as there is only one entrance to use for entering. The entire place is surrounded by a security fence. The other entrance for the lot is an exit only, and you need your room key to open the gate. It's also difficult to get out of the lot just because it is a high traffic area and most streets you're only able to turn one way.

The first desk clerk I encountered was so nice--they asked my pronouns, noted then on my account, and waived the 100$ deposit (which is not posted on the site, itinerary, or anywhere else in a conspicuous fashion) for being a rewards member. Every other staff member constantly misgendered me despite that information being attached to my account.I was treated w suspicion and rudeness, and even pointedly asked at one point if i was practicing witchcraft. Upon trying to book another night, I was repeatedly asked if I had someone in my room, made to sit in the lobby while the room was "checked, then suddenly hit w a 200$ deposit--an obvious tactic to force me out. Upon saying there was no way i could do that, and would need to check out, I was given ten minutes to pack all my things (I had a lot with me) and put out in the 105 degree heat in the direct sun with no water. I was sunburned so badly I had to get medical attention. The heat damaged my phone to the point that the camera no longer works, which means I cannot do my job as a twitch streamer and therefore have no income now. Other equipment and necessities were also destroyed or damaged in the heat. And the entire time I was harassed about how long would it take for me to find a ride and get off the property.I have never seen such cruelty from an establishment of business. Given the interrogation I received about my religion, and the constant misgendering, I can only assume this was transphobia and religious discrimination. I have already acquired legal council and intend to persecute to the fullest extent of the law for the damages done to my body and my valuables unless Redroof proposes something other than patronizing words to make this right. Also, I have no interest in a redroof PR rep's copy-pasted cookie cutter replies to this. If you want to fix it, come up w a practical solution that actually helps the person truly harmed by your business.

Staff/ Front desk: very friendly and kind. The staff gets 5 stars. Room: the cleaning crew needs to step up their game . I found pubic hair by the bathtub and on the walls of the bath tub. The floor had dust bunnies here and there. I will not be staying here again. I would suggest that Red roof in raise the bar in the quality of the cleaning . And complete the renovations. Put the towel hanger bar back on the wall .
