My water main was leaking slowly which I did not notice until a gushing stream occurred overnight. Since I had to shut the water supply off to the house I was anxious to have it repaired quickly. The first two plumbers I called were booked out a week and three weeks plus respectively. I used Angi for the first time and had two call backs that same afternoon. Both gave me quotes after seeing the problem. I went with Red Mountain Services. Rick and his assistant exceeded my expectations. The problem was fixed, and an additional valve added in the metering box so I could turn off water to house without disturbing the Water Authority's meter shut off valve. The front sidewalk and a section of the driveway had to be disrupted to access the work areas. Rick did a beautiful repair/replacement of the cement. Excellent service in that it was finished in one day, great pricing, and they cleaned up thoroughly when all work completed. Also, I was kept informed as the work progressed. Totally impressed and highly recommend. Red Mountain is awesome!

Red Mountain just put in a new back yard patio, I could not be more pleased at the way it turned out. It looks great, better then expected. The whole crew was very knowledgable, to the point of even explaining the science of how concrete dries. They were on time with every part of the job from first bid meeting through completion of work. The back yard was left in nicer shape (cleaned up) then when they got there. The professionalism of the crew was outstanding. We have more projects planned for the yard and we will be calling on Red Mountain again without hesitation. When our neighbor saw the work, he decided to go with them also for complete backyard work. How do I add a photo to show you ???

Severely disappointed with this service. In the past, had been my go to guy for plumbing work. Recently had him install a faucet, which required a marble ledge to be cut above it. The install went fine, but the cutting of the marble and covering it with tile did not come out like we expected. Mainly, the cut was off center with the entire ledge. In the same day, we expressed our concerns and asked him to fix it for us. He considered the job over and done with and would only come back out at an additional charge. Being a business owner, I would think he'd do everything he can to make his customers happy. Instead, he's now avoiding our calls. Will not recommend anymore, and suggest you look elsewhere.

Red Mountain worked on our Irrigation system and did a great job! We're still waiting on some solenoids that they ordered for our sprinkler controller but I'm sure they will arrive soon. A little more expensive than I thought but they did do a lot of work.

I reached out for help with my water heater. They replaced my old one for a reasonable price and they showed up when they said they would. I contracted them to do additional emergency work while I was out of town and they showed up and fixed my issue with the sprinkler system while I was gone. I wasn't sure if it would work out but everything went great. They didn't invoice me until I was able to get back and check their work. I appreciate their willingness to work with me under the circumstances.

Very knowledgeable about the Aqua-Therm system. Restored the water pressure and proper water temperature to our system.Was on time, polite, and explained what he was doing and why.Price was reasonable.

I would not recommend this company. We had Enrique do some work for us in the kitchen. We were not satisfied with the job. When we expressed our concerns (same day) he said there would be an additional fee to come out and fix it, he considered the job done since we signed the invoice. He offers a minimum 90 day warranty yet doesn't follow through with it. He insisted that we pay with cash, for a discount, yet wouldn't give us a breakdown of the cost. He also overcharged us the hourly labor fee. When we questioned him he said it doesn't matter if the project was all day or hourly, it's a flat fee, which is not what we discussed. Dishonest, poor customer service, poor work quality, that is what this company represents. Stay far away.

We had a water line leak about a foot into our property from the meter on a Saturday night. Our water had to be turned off. On Sunday morning, we called Enrique and he responded very quickly. A few hours later and we had water and the line was fixed. This included laying cement to fix where they had to pull up part of the sidewalk. He did a fantastic job for us and didn't charge us extra for it being a Sunday. We would definitely use this company again!

Red Mountain Services was very responsive to a water leak I had under the sidewalk, after the city meter and before my house. I called for a quote, and Mr. Enrique showed up personally to diagnose the problem within two hours of my call. While I was getting a quote from another company the following day (a quote that ended up being $600 more than RMS), Mr. Enrique had his partner swing by to look at the issue as well, without my knowledge, and they lowered the quote by $500! I decided to go with RMS, and they came over that night, instead of the next morning, and worked through until 11:00 PM to get the job done. Mr. Enrique explained the problem and possible solutions along the way and took pictures for my personal records. Excellent customer service!
