I needed a new battery. We showed up about 15-20 minutes before closing time and was told they stop installing batteries at that time. Then was told they didn't have the battery my car needed. I couldn't start my car. We had to jump it.. it took a while.. was then told if my car didn't start, I could leave it overnight or they could push my car to the street! The street! Um no! Not leaving my car in that area of town overnight!

Worst products, warranty, and customer service ever. When a battery I purchased from there didn't last more than 6 months they were unwilling to help but want to charge for another one. After expliThen all they can say is "we can't do business with you" and walk away. Garbage policy. Garbage customer service. Garbage products.

This was the worst over the phone experience on a Saturday around 4 or 430 pm. I had family in the car and the phone was on speaker - the group heard the whole degrading conversation. I simply asked if they had the battery in stock for my car - the guy was like look we are probably low on those idk but show up and I'll see what I have. I said sir I'm coming some distance can you give me a solid answer? He said yeah theres probably a couple, I asked the price and he said around 30.00 then said no like 40.00 then the core is 16. I told him I was tight on money so I'm writing this down. He said plan on bringing going like 80.00. I said wait, the battery is what again. 43.00 and then the core is like 17.00 and then sales tax - I said ok so what's that all come to he said already told you 4x. He said you dont know what sales tax is or how to calculate it. I said I am driving a distance I need to know if in stock and final price he just laughed at me and started whistling. I said hello - he said hello sarcastically. I asked for his name he mumbled laughed and hung up. Bought a new battery elsewhere 1yr warranty no attitude paid 89.00 tax core and everything. If I could it would be a minus 1 star.

What a terrific find. Came here at the recommendation of the towing company that jump-started my car. Someone walked right away to my car, tested my battery on the spot, and returned with several battery options a couple of minutes later. Refurbished for $35 or "like new" for $59, both with a 2-year warranty. 5 minutes later, the battery was installed and I was on my way, having never left the car. These guys really turned around a lousy day. I'll never go anywhere else for a car battery.

Wow! What a different "car mechanic" experience. All they do is sell batteries, that's it. It was a little challenging to find, but worth the drive. After having my battery die every time I started my car, I knew I had to get this addressed Immediately! Without an appointment, I showed up to the battery recon warehouse, went inside, paid $32 and some change and 10 minutes later, I had a battery and 2-year warranty for it. So if you're needing to get your battery replaced this is the place to go! Quick, efficient and certainly affordable!!!! Highly recommend!

Recently just purchased a battery from this facility and i never will again. I traded in my battery for another one and they gave me a battery that was 2 sizes smaller than the battery I needed. Went to start my car twice and it didn't start, so I started thinking something else was wrong with it so I took it to another facility closer to my home after I jump started it and they let me know that the battery that was in it wasn't there correct size for my vehicle. But that's what I get for going to a cheap place. Never returning here.

Great service, price, warranty, and batteries, Recon made everything easy to replace my battery. I dropped in and there were batteries everywhere. A very nice young woman greeted me and had a battery ready to go for my Toyota MR2. They even had someone carry it out for me. Polite and fast, this place will get my repeat business. I'd feel comfortable with the staff they had at the time to send my mother to buy a battery here. They probably would install it too

These guys are the best! Super helpful for the uninformed and really affordable. I will never buy from anyone else. Really kind and patient.

Do not go anywhere else to get a battery. 18 months ago I replaced my 1999 Toyota Camry battery for $180. Today I went to Recon and spent $32.00 which includes a 2 year warranty (unlimited replacements) and they installed it. I was in and out in less than 5-minutes.

Bought 23 battery's here this year they advertise a 2 year warranty lol I've had to return 20 battery's within the first year at first they would exchange with no problems. But now they try and get out of replacing or send me back out with another bad battery. That's the owner I'm dealing with not the employee. Every time I'm go there I see customer after customer returning their battery's for warranty replacement Would not recommend they won't stand behind their warranty !
