THESE PEOPLE STEAL YOUR MONEY AND WRITE IT OFF AS "service fees". Worst company with a bunch of liars working here. Every time this company comes to my mind I come and leave a bad review because they stole $3000 of RENTAL HELP that I applied and got approved for. Don't use this company for your rental property unless you want to screw over your tenants and get screwed yourself. I would rate them no stars if possible.

I recently moved to Albuquerque and needed a place to live. I applied to what looked like a good home. The problem was the home was managed by these scam artists. They intentionally leave homes on their site to get people interested and then pull their background check. What they don't tell you is they are also pulling your credit. After all the trickery they inform you that the home has been rented a few days later. I haven't been able to speak to a local agent or even get a return email let alone a phone call. If you are a home owner DO NOT USE THESE TERRIBLE PEOPLE AS YOUR MANAGEMENT COMPANY!

There is nothing better, as a mother, to rent a ROACH INFESTED HOUSE from RPM only to be told that "it's not our problem"- mere weeks after moving in. You know what else isn't their problem- replacing a broken refrigerator with a dorm-sized refrigerator because the lease does not specify the size of each appliance, the move-in house condition that you'll have to compensate for on move-out, the lag time for repairs is (on average) 2-weeks. It also doesn't clearly outline that if you want your security deposit back in full, you'll need to go to small claims court. Just in case you're thinking I'm a bitter tenant, I've included plenty of photos "The proof is in the pudding." Need more photos? LMK- there's plenty.

I had an initial great experience with this company, atleast for the first year while a renter occupied my home. After that year, (not sure what happened), the communication became very poor. Real Property Management placed a great tenant in my home and helped me locate an agent to assist me in selling it. But, it is clear they need to hire additional staff to deal with the need of clients.

Real Property Management is the worst possible company to consider renting from. They did an improper and wrongful rent increase and rental agreement due date change on us and when we simply asked for them to do it according to MN State law, 1st they lied to us saying "we did not meant to send this notice", knowing that was a lie was waiting for something, 4 days later the sent us a notice of termination. An absolute violation of State Law called retaliation. Was just in preliminary hearing in NM Metro Court and have been granted a trial. Grab your anckles RPM I'm coming after you for running my family.

I should have seen all these reviews before moving into the rented house. They don't give a f*** how we live. the house smelled like the owner just left. it smelled funky! wall was not painted carpet was not changed or cleaned. never again deal with management company. I moved in the house it was nasty and dirty. what do they do with the deposit fee? if you wont clean.

Used this company since 2014, we have more than enough experience with how this goes. Communication is poor, responsiveness from their end is slow but they bombard you when something is needed, cannot get a hold of anyone local...and if you do, you have waited for 15+ minutes for an answer. Renters moved out first week of the month, and into the third week of same month no inspection or attempt to get our property up and ready was done. Don't waste your time or funds on having this terrible company manage anything! This is not to speak bad on anyone specific, but a way for someone else to not be taken advantage of due to poor management policies and lack of qualified personal.

This company doesn't do repairs in a timely matter. You go 18 days without hot water. It takes months to get repair orders looked at and completed. Such as broken toilet handle, refrigerators that don't work or heaters that don't work. There are problems with homeless people breaking into apartments and laundry rooms and doing drugs on the properties. Watch out for the utility bills they charge $282.00 per month for gas on a studio apartment. When you talk to the regional manager, Hope, regarding theses issues she just rolls her eyes at you. I would not recommend these properties that she manages. Nova point, nova ridge and nova view.
