I contacted Re/Max by recommendation from the realtor that sold me the house . Im contacted them and got a realtor named LINN D REECE which he came to my house and introduce himself he seen like a nice guy told him I was interested in selling my house then he started asking how much do I wanted for my house then he is like maybe your house is not worth that much at all maybe we should maybe lowered the asking price which I agree and lowered the asking price what a mistake I did , at that time I was not looking for a QUICK SALE but rather a GOOD SALE but he was persistent and a quick sale . I just wanted fair price for my house I told him my house is beautiful and worth it I have a fireplace , 4 bedrooms, stone wall on entrance , wood floor and blinds thru the house , walking pantry , best neighborhood so I told him no on the cheap price he said so we when with a price between good and bad it will sell so my house sold in 6 hrs after posted . Since then I always felt that I could have got more money for my house but because of him I lost at 30K or more . My advice to you is shop around before signing in with these folks thats all and know the true value of your property get an appraisal and don't go for quick sale go for a good sale instead , No I would not recommend them to nobody

Remax Bashore, Nancy & George. If you're a single female and a minority, don't bother calling these people. They weren't even interested enough in getting up off their desks, to come over and look at my house in person. They went by my hispanic last name, and made their predjudicial judgement on what my house was worth based on old pictures on-line. Nancy telephoned me to cancel our initial appointment, tried to get me to low-ball the price without even seeing the property, and was condescending. Thanks Remax, I found a reliable, and competent Agent with Keller Williams.

Worst experience of my life of over 30 Real Estate transactions. He will not respond to calls from my Agent, texts, emails. One email response to an appointment was OK I've got it...then a no show. What does OK I've got it mean? We were the buyers and I'm sure he will have a story to spin about how awful we were, but we offered full price and were willing to pay it. Then the inspection found termites, dry rot, electrical box not to code, rusted out swamp cooler--couldn't even see vents there due to rust and etc. etc. Anyone who wants the inspection report I'd be happy to share, we paid for it and if you are looking at this property--highly recommend you look at the disclosure closely to see if these items have been disclosed. We submitted a "we'd like these items fixed list" on 8/26 due on 9/5, then nothing, followed up on 9/7 and got the OK I've got it. Multiple request by our agent for a resolution which was due 9/10. They said they couldn't find a licensed contractor for the estimate of the dry rot, so we found one in 2 phone calls and had him meet us at the house 4 hours later--no show for Kevin. Delivered verbal on estimate $6,800 next day. Resolution "we'd like these items fixed" due 9/10 on 9/9 at 9pm at night we get we'll give you $6,800 in closing cost, well our closing was $3,000 so we do not know if this was a mistake or dishonesty, but you only get $6,800 if you have $6,800 in closing. So we countered since other items not addressed only dry rot, and said termite had been started, of course at this point we didn't trust him and asked for proof. We sent a counter of $8,500 off price. Got a response of "how dare you counter", now my client is sick of you and will not sell you her house. Termination agreement arrived shortly after. Our agent did everything she could to get him to calm down, he screamed at her the entire time and had done that at least one other occasion, even submitted a document showing why we were countering and said we'd the $6,800 to keep the deal going. Got a big fat No. In hind sight we believe it was a ploy to force us to accept, "hey I've got you because you have no where to live" which would force us to take the offer without doing any repairs. This was after getting 15 days to review the inspection report. They refused to address anything but the estimate we got for the dry rot.All the best if you decide to use Kevin. We feel he did us a favor since the inspection report included a bunch of items that were not addressed. Dodged a bullet and will never consider a property offered by him. We are also filing a complaint with GAAR, and with the BBB.

Not happy to have given even 1 star......I am a home owner selling my home thru another company. One of Remax Alliance associate's made an appointment to show my house to their client. She was almost an hour late without a call. Two days later another showing to same agent with the same clients, never showed or called. My agent called her after 2 hours of no show and she said she was just getting ready to call...........??? I emailed her that evening explaining how upset I was and I really expected an apology after that but I haven't heard anything back. If she would have just apologized I would not have felt that I needed to post this review. This is the email I sent her;Alice, I am the owner of the house that you made an appointment to visit this morning for a second time with your clients. The first time you were over a 1/2 hour late, not a big problem. We had just spent approximately 4 hours to clean and freshen up, again not a big problem. We left our house with our dogs so that they would not be an issue. We were across the street at our neighbors and saw that after you left here you went up our street to another house for sale. Of course we understand that people need to see lots of properties before choosing a home. You requested a second showing and again we spent time making our house presentable for your clients and taking our dogs to our neighbors. We waited at least an hour and a half for you to come to our house after that which of course you didn't! That is fine but you could have at least had the courtesy to let our agent know. Isn't that why we all carry our cell phones with us? How very rude and unprofessional of you. I hope you aren't treating your clients with the same disrespect that you showed us or you won't be selling too many homes. It is not easy selling a house, there is a lot of work and inconvenience for the owners plus having strangers in your home and then to be disrespected and treated as you have done is very upsetting. I hope you'll think about the sellers in the future. Respectfully,Pat D

I was buying a home in Albuquerque, while living in California and Kevin made the entire process painless. I visited Albuquerque three times and he was a master at zeroing in on what I was looking for. Low key, no pressure, really knows his stuff. He narrowed down areas, prices, styles, community, etc., until we were only looking at homes that I was truly interested in and in "my" kind of area. He was excellent in the negotiations with the sellers and has been very helpful with finding service people to do work on the new purchase and referrals for things like restaurants, doctors, vets, etc. I have been extremely pleased with all the services that Kevin has provided, both in and out of his "job description." Pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. Hands down the best and easiest real estate purchase I have ever engaged in.

Just got an unsolicited call from Jonathan Bayshore. I will never use this Remax office, and may never use Remax ever. The only reason I am giving one-star, as this review won't post unless at least one star is chosen.
