I would rate this company less than 1 star if possible. Showed up an hour and a half late for the scheduled appointment. Did not call to let me know that they would be late. Upon late arrival, they told me that the cost would be higher than the cost quoted to me over the phone. I had sent a photo of the broken part and a photo of the sticker that included the model and serial numbers prior to receiving the initial quote, over 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Plenty of time to notify me of price and scheduling changes. Poor customer service, made excuses, took no responsibility, rude. It was easy to find a professional company to promptly complete the work for less money. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!
