I like that it's fast and simple to get through this place. The menu is very big and easily visible from the line. And everything I've gotten so far has been high quality. Their in house hash is delightful, the only place I've found that has true hash.

Came in for a quick purchase, I already knew what I wanted. Got up to the counter, only to be sent back because people were standing off on the side not in line, so I'm not sure why there is a line if people who wonder off from it can still get back their so-called saved spot.

I felt ripped off the manager suggested the elite Cannabis which she said was on sale come to find out he was just trying to push it off. This stuff was so bone dry I couldn't even smoke it out of a j. I just wasted it and threw it down the drain. Be careful with this place. They're sitting on a lot of old weed, no Bueno.

I am disabled and use cannabis to treat many ailments (medical patient). As a long-time, high-volume R. Greenleaf customer, I have come to trust the budtenders. I frequent the NE heights location (9821 Montgomery Blvd NE) where the budtenders look out for me and the customer service is top-notch.In pursuit of a specific strain at a specific percentage, I made the mistake of visiting the midtown location (4414 Menaul Blvd NE) on 12/7/2022. I specifically asked for a quarter of 24% CTK. The budtender retrieved three bags so we could identify the best buds. I have vision issues, so he picked out the "best" two bags for me, I paid for them, and went home.After arriving home no less than 10 minutes later, I took a closer look and realized they were not labeled as 24% THC and were a much lower percentage. I was upset and felt taken advantage of. I called the midtown manager and asked if I could exchange what I just purchased for four eighth bags at the higher percentage (I had not opened the quarter bags yet). Despite the deceptive sales tactic, the manager did not allow me to exchange them because they were not "defective." Very disappointing.I was very clear about what I needed (24% CTK), but I was not taken care of, despite being a loyal customer of R. Greenleaf for 8+ years. At minimum, I feel the budtenders at the midtown location need additional training for medical patients.Long story short, I will be sticking with the NE heights location from now on. If you plan to visit the midtown location, buyer beware. My best advice is to double-check everything before you leave so you do not fall victim to the same tactic I did.

I'm a disabled vet that deals with chronic pain and PTSD. For years R Greenleaf had been supplying patients with high quality, affordable cannabis products. In fact, Greenleaf products have saved my life multiple times. I was a loyal shopper until NM legalized cannabis for recreational use. When that happened R Greenleaf jacked up their prices. Last weekend I spent $100 more than I have been spending for years for the same volume of medicine. And when you ask their staff about it they don't have a reasonable answer. Management won't talk to you about it at all. Ultimately it comes to show that this business no longer seeks to comfort those in pain. It's all about money now. I've checked prices at other dispensaries nearby and very few of them have adjusted their prices at all. I suggest going to one of their competitors if you don't want to get ripped off.

Low thc bud is expensive, weed is really dry that breaks up into powder . Not so friendly staff.

Wow, recreational arrives and the price of their whole plant oil jumps 20-25% between 3/30 and 4/1/22. No discount for a regular medical person. When I first began, each syringe of oil was 700mg/ml it now can't seem to get above 500mg. Other dispensaries charge the same as the new excessive price at R. Greenleaf yet their product regularly pings at 800mg/ml. I'll have to drive further, but I will for a "normal" price of $45-50 per ml.Not a way to retain existing customers! A previous review remarked the edibles are not the same as their previous process. This is what their whole plant oil is used in also.Also, the new crew member could not even find my item in the store.

They dont stand behind there product Warranties. Their vape pens were such crap that they quit selling them and don't even replace them or give you anything after they tell you they have a lifetime warranty. The manager there was a real snob about it. It's just flat out wrong! I wouldn't trust them for anything now.

There store isn't special enough? Really? What a stupid yelp review. Jesus, no I don't need my cannabis store to spend thousands on remodeling, then jack up the prices to pay for it. Your store looks fine. Give me good service, fair prices, and good selection.
