Service: the two guys working at the counter greeted me immediately and were very friendly. I asked them about what I was looking for because to be honest I wasn't sure what it was. They helped me get what I needed and I was in and out quickly! I was very happy with my visit.

Excellent resource for all your diet and nutrition needs. The staff members are all knowledgeable and super helpful. There are lots of ingredients for special diets/food sensitivities. Lots of body building products for preparation and competition.

Decided to try R Downs for Nutrion and Supplement advice. The individual who helped was very knowledgeable and outgoing. He asked plenty of questions to help me find just the right supplement that would work for my health needs. I've tried plenty of sports nutrition shops in the past and this one seemed to stick out in my head as the place to go when you're not sure exactly what you need and want some true health nuts directing you in the right direction. I was even offered free samples to minimize any overspending and ensure that I was happy with their recommendations. Give this local place a shot and you will be happy.

When I first started Bodybuilding I knew very little about supplementation. I spent hours and hours in this store as a teenager reading labels and asking a million questions. No matter if I was in there for 2 hours or more everyone always was grateful to have my questions and my business. I learned so much of my base knowledge from their well-educated employees. To this day they still run a crisp business front with the same standard for their employees. Prices are beyond competitive and they stay stocked with the supplements that many of the chain stores are slow to get.

You need some obscure stuff and some really talented knowledgeable staff to answer questions? Best place in town!

It is a rare find these days to walk into a vitamin/wellness product store that has been family owned and run for the past 20+ years! Today we walked in looking for a product for a specific need and were listened to and assisted in finding the right product. We know enough about supplements to know when we are being helped or being "sold" and were absolutely being helped. Of course, like many consumers, I had to check Amazon when we left the store to see if what we paid was in line with what we would pay online. Guess what? It was less for the exact product. So when you are looking for supplements and someone to talk to about them, go to R Downs. Support local merchants because if we don't, there won't be any left!

They have a great variety of supplements! Great staff and great location!! Very helpful to find what you are looking for!

Great place for all your supplements for sports, nutrition, and special needs. Huge variety of manufacturers represented and practically everything you need. Competitive prices. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Unfortunately, R Downs has closed; was far superior to local alternatives in terms of inventory and knowledge of sales staff.
