These properties are located on Prospect Ave NE, 11420 Prospect Ave NE is the property we rented at for a year.This company is solely managed by Robert 'Bob' Misurek. I have rented in the past from both management companies and private individuals and have an impeccable rental history. I have never had such a horrible experience with such an unprofessional person as Mr. Misurek.If you're considering renting from this person and his 'company' be aware he will do whatever it takes to not only keep your security deposit but also to charge you for fictional damage to the unit.The apartments are older and for example, in our unit, the carpeting was old and worn with visible stains and a rancid smell of pet odors. Upon moving in the carpets were soaked even though Misurek insisted a professional company had cleaned the carpets (no professional carpet cleaner would ever leave the carpets soaked). There were even patches of carpet sewn in on the carpeted stairs.Thankfully I had taken several photos of the carpet stains and worn condition.Well, you guessed it, Mr. Misurek kept our deposit for dirty stained carpets. I personally had the carpets cleaned four times in a one year span to get rid of the pet odors and eventually bought rugs to cover the stains.He also listed non-specific 'cleaning charges'.I know of this scam all too well from my previous experience working legal cases. Landlords will drum up fake charges to pocket security deposits. Speaking with our neighbors revealed they too had moved in to dirty carpeting and dirty units.Please do yourself a favor and take photos, videos, and careful documentation of ALL damage prior to move in and be prepared for tour deposit to be retained even if you leave the unit in even better condition than when you moved in.You've been warned.

Just like other reviews of this man I've seen the story remains the same. He rents out old dated properties in mediocre shape. When you move in, the property is semi clean, carpets are in need of replacing, etc. Then when you move out no matter what condition you leave the property he will take your deposit then try to charge you extra fees. He'll double charge you for things, he creates these outrageous rates of payment like $45/hr for repairs and cleaning, he claims to pay companies for cleaning and repairs but he does all the work himself and it's obvious because he's an old fat man and the work he does reflects that. He will charge you things like $80 for cleaning supplies from Lowe's. That's enough product to clean a building let alone a 2 bedroom apartment. I left a couch and mattress in the street and requested a pick up from the city he charged me $145 claiming he had to move the mattress and couch to the dump on his own. I lived quietly at this property for 2 years. never late on rent, never complained and never had a complaint against me. Its obvious this is his con. most tenants are good people like myself that take care of rentals and don't see a reason to document all the little details when we move in a place and Bob takes advantage of that he weaponizes his rental agreements and then steals every deposit he can.

What an incredibly unprofessional individual. Bob Mizurek is the realtor for this "company" and will hold your deposit, have you sign a lease, and then give the property to another individual because they have a cat instead of 2 dogs. I paid an additional $400 in the deposit for this very reason. My significant other and I were deceived into believing we had found a wonderful rental property, only to call Bob ourselves to learn that though we had been approved he would not be moving forward with our lease. He is giving the deposit back, but led us to believe that he was renting the property to us. The fact that he couldn't call and give me the information himself reveals the type of person Mizurek is and the type of business he is running. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR! Avoid business with RCM Realty and Bob Mizurek.
