R & S Landscaping

R&S always comes through and leaves our yard looking amazing! We have had R&S do our bi annual yard cleaning for 5 years, and they always leave the yard amazing! They are very mindful of the yard and I feel like they treat us like family. They remember specific requests from year to year! They treat our yard as if it were their own! I cannot say enough good things about this wonderful company!

Contacted to have them come out set up an appointment. Robert came out and walked our whole yard and spoke to us for about an hour we really liked his thoughts and ideas that he walked us through. We were excited to get the design documents to see what he had in mind. He said two weeks and since the appointment was near Thanksgiving and that flows almost directly into Christmas we decided to not push the issue cause of holidays. Reached out January to find out where they were and got no response. Called a few days after that and was made to feel as though calling them and asking where the documents were at was my fault. It's now one month since then and we've not received anything from R&S landscaping but have received good documents and bids from others, so I would highly suggest that you go with other landscapers.

I contacted them via Yelp for an estimate. They made an appointment to come out to look but never showed up, and I never heard anything else.

Contact was quick and was able to schedule an estimate relatively soon after I initiated contact...but no one ever showed up on the day of. No call, no message. No follow-up to reschedule. How do you get business if you don't show up to give an estimate?

Absolutely horrible service from the beginning. When I called to make the initial appointment the lady was very rude on the phone. When they came out to the house to give the quote the guy was shocked on how big the project was...well that is because the lady taking my information could care less what I wanted a quote for. The guy that came out to our house just talked in circles. Here we are 2 weeks later and have not herd back at all. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!

I would post no stars if possible. I do not recommend this company. The owner came to do an estimate but never sent the estimate to me despite numerous phone calls and emails. Now they do not even answer the phone.

The apartment complex I live at allhave porches and I have the biggest one. I have watched and no one else porch gets blown off just mine. I have asked them not to blow my porch. I talked to the owner of my complex and he told the owner of R&S not to have his boys blow my porch. I heard him. It was right in front of me The last two Mondays they have blown dirt and sand all over my porch. I have a chair I sit in and it is covered with dirt and sand,thanks to the owners son. I called the office of R&S and asked the girl that answered the phone if she could stop this and she said well I can tell them. I need it stopped. I have severe allergies and I am handicapped. I certainly wouldn't do business with a company that treats the residents of a place they service this way. They also blow the parking places and mine is the only one he blows. Covers my car in dirt but doesn't touch the other two places. I am elderly and handicapped so he blows me off.

I hired R&S for a spring cleanup and then regular maintenance. They did the spring cleanup and did an OK job, but then I could never get them to come out again. For three months. I kept calling the lady in their office who assured me they were "working it into our schedule". Finally, they were supposed to come twice while I was away on vacation, but when I got back they had obviously never showed. My lawn was now too tall for me to cut with my own push mower, and weeds were chest high in the yard. I had enough.

Almost a year ago I moved into a condo with a postage-stamp size back yard. My postage stamp was also a desiccated sand pit sloped to ensure all the sand was on the way out to the street whenever it rained. I did not have a plan but spoke with R&S. I asked for 2 kinds of plants, and based on that and a visit (free estimate) they came up with a plan for my very small project. They did it in one day, and my neighbor stopped me specially to say what a professional job was done. I left work with a sand pit and returned home in the afternoon to the beautiful little sanctuary shown in my pictures. Great company ' I have been using this family owned business for over 20 years. They are a great crew that knows what they are doing . They are quick , efficient , and reasonably priced . Give them a try you will love them .
