Wayne is trying to charge $3,000 for destination charges. This is $500 + more than other local Polaris NM dealerships. Honda only charges $1,395 per their website. As I do not want to get cheated out of hundreds or thousands of dollars, I am going elsewhere.

Would love to say thank you for the worst customer service from a sales person ever ! Charles , you are the definition of a bad salesman . You are probably the lowest in your sales so you feel the need to belittle customers and talk down to us to boost your own ego. We understand and we are sorry, but this is probably not the job for you. We were about to purchase a Honda talon cash but your amazing attitude has sent us on our way to other dealers . Never judge a book by its cover, we were your biggest sale this month and you told me to " grow up" when I brought to your attention that I wasn't happy with the way you talked to myself or my father . Good luck with that , I'm sure it will serve you well in this business..

I wandered into many shops on my quest to replace my last bike, and here is where, with much help from Charles, I found my true love. The manager, and guys at the parts counter and the shop were all super helpful in my search, and best of all, they treated me like a MOTORCYCLE RIDER, not like a clueless chick, which isn't always the case at motorcycle shops. We talked torq, and reliability, and kick-@$$ness, and now I'm shining my toes on every corner I take! Weeeeeeeee!

At first I called wanting to schedule a test drive, waited 17 minutes for the sales department to answer the phone, talk to the parts guy three times waiting for them. I was ready to buy a bike, a 1200 multistrada so I just decided to show up and say I want to buy the bike. When I got there the parts guy was busy, one of the sales people was working with a customer a woman walked around looked at me confused, did not acknowledge me, one guy was standing around talking to a random customer about politics. When I said I want to buy the multistrada outside, I got a blank look from the white haired older gentleman, he smiled turned around and went into the back. I don't know where he went but I was expecting him to get a sales representative, someone that could help me, I checked my watch spent the next 15 minutes walking around the store checking out other motorcycles with not one person acknowledging me. Call me old-fashioned, but a business should have better customer service especially when someone comes in and says I'm ready to buy the bike and I have cash!

Went in with my dad on video chat. He lives about 4 hours away and wanted to purchase a Polaris Ranger. We were treated as if we were a bother from the beginning. The guy was very snappy and rude. I asked what the difference was between one unit and another unit due to the price being a $500 difference and one was a 2020 the other a 2019. He rudely replied this one has paint, this one doesn't, this one has steel wheels, this one doesn't then he snickered at me like I was an idiot. My dad decided which one of the units that he wanted. I asked him if he wanted any other accessories added on. He said he wanted a windshield. I went back into the office and let the sales "ass"ociate know that my dad would like to talk to him about a windshield. The associate rubbed his forehead, rolled his eyes at me, and rudely replied with, what about the windshields. At this point I laughed because it was either that or flip him the finger. I walked out, told my dad was very sorry but I absolutely will not allow him to purchase anything from such a rude individual and we left. We went to Rosedale Motorsports located close to Paseo Del Norte on 4th street. A family owned business with some very nice and pleasant employees. We found my dad exactly the same thing that he had found at R&S. A NEW 2019 Polaris Ranger that was the same price, had a better rebate, and we did purchase it from Rosedale Motorsports. Needless to say, don't be rude and don't judge a book by its cover. My husband and I have a 2017 Polaris RZR XP4 Turbo we will never again purchase any of our parts or accessories from R&S. R&S lost at least 2 customers in 1 sitting.

A DIY person, and a 'wayback' professional mechanic, and having discovered R&S as 2021 was gearing up for 2022, I have only positive feelings for this shop. It has an excellent location, great parking, clean and clear with good lighting indoors. A decent accessories area. Good assortment of tires on display. Fantastic support at the parts counter with terrific follow-through on ordered parts. Staff is friendly, very willing to accommodate your particular interests, be it new or used vehicles, parts or service. Parts for my older 1300 frequently need to be ordered, as expected for a resurrection, so I anticipate what I will be needing and anyway am a patient sort. They always come through for me. The service area I expect to know a bit better, after they mount and balance my new tires. But it looks like a clean, well-lit, organized shop, with knowledgeable, experienced technicians. Yeppers!

I went into this place in order to get an ATV for one of my kids. When my youngest was sitting on one of the ATVs this old man with a beard asked how old my son was. I told him 4 and he said we will not sell you an ATV. I was literally thrown off by how rude he was! I would never recommend this place. Not even if everything was 50% off. The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I did let him know that I have other kids and he said yea but he's 4. They seriously refused my business! Then a short bald guy with a red beard started to say something about my sons age. I felt as if I was being attacked by two supposed sales men about my sons age. Too bad I can't rate this place a ZERO because a 1 star is being way too generous. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING OR SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS.

Called to get quote on 2 Honda UTV's 1000-5 deluxe fully loaded before driving there. Advised I need the quote today. Rick said he would call back ... he never did. I called him he said he was too busy. I purchased them from another NM dealer. Look else where you'll get a better deal.
