I'm giving them 2 stars because the salesman was very nice and polite. He was friendly with my little ones, which I always like. But I guess they don't like getting business or something because I could not get my damned quote out of them. They came by almost 2 weeks ago, and I asked politely no fewer than 5 times to get my quote. I was told that they would get it to me ASAP, but their definition of soon is very different than mine. Especially after they already went through the trouble of writing it up! All they had to do was spend 20 seconds writing an email. I guess that's just a bridge too far for some people. I took it as an indication of dysfunction over there after my second request, but I wanted to see what they came in at so I could compare it to the other quotes I got. This whole experience with them has been pretty ridiculous.

We have used R&R for several years at various places that we need their services. They ALWAYS respond quickly, professionally and if there is a issue that comes up mid-service they make sure to let me know what has been discovered and present all options at that point. I never hesitate to refer friends, relatives and business asssociates to them.

I don't know about the bad review, but I've used R and R for both my furnace and for plumbing, and they've been absolutely fantastic. Fast, quality service and reasonable prices. The technicians were friendly, courteous, polite and professional. I will continue to use them for all heating, AC, and plumbing problems and I recommend them to anyone!

When our hot water heater suddenly broke down we initially contacted a few of the bigger plumbing services in Albuquerque. We also contacted Lowe's about buying a new water heater from them that their contractor would install. Long story short: we couldn't believe how expensive the quotes were - especially when it came to bringing everything up to code (our old water heater was installed before the latest codes, and when we purchased our home in 2016 our home inspector never mentioned any code issues with it .) One company that came out to give us a quote added an extra $1200 just to bring everything up to code. A project we expected to cost about $1500-$2000 quickly grew to nearly double that amount. In frustration I posted the job on Home Advisor one evening... and in about one minute I got a call from Rick at R&R. What impressed me right away was: he completely understood what we needed, he agreed with me that some companies were overcharging, and he said he'd come over and look at the job the next day. And he did just that. His quote was thorough and fair, and we were happy to hire him. He returned with a second plumber and they worked quickly and efficiently to deliver and install a new water heater and make sure it was up to code. It was truly a pleasure to work with R&R - we plan to use them for all our plumbing needs in the future. It's wonderful to work with a professional who not only knows what to do but also cares about tailoring the project to work for the customer. THANK YOU R&R

Everyone at R&R are nice, polite, professional and have the utmost concern for their customer's well being. I use them for both my heating and air conditioning needs and have for several years.I have had a couple of emergencies at inopportune times with my heater (always seem to come at night or weekends) and the fast, efficient response was very reassuring to me. And, their pricing is reasonable, even for emergency calls.I highly recommend Tony, Scott and all of the team at R&R to anyone wanting a new heater/air conditioning system or in need of repairs to an existing system. Sunday evening my furnace goes out. First thing Monday morning I started calling, R&R said they could come out that afternoon..good, we were freezing to death. The tech came, I told him what I thought was wrong, he confirmed I was correct. He left to go get the part, he called and said several places were out. He found a store that was expecting a shipment Tuesday morning. Fine. He came this morning, installed the part..zip zap was out of here! If he was here a total of 25 mins, (both days) I would be surprised. I asked for a hard copy of the work order said he would have to email it. I did get it...no info what so ever, except that he charged me 1 hour and twenty mins! No info on what the part cost. I guess they start charging when they get in the van!! Not a happy customer! I don't mind paying for work done, but please don't take advantage of me. I will never use them again, and will never suggest them to anyone. I compared this to a previous bill done a couple of years ago, $168...compared to their $327! I just have one comment, better make sure you have some vaseline around!!!!!!!!

The night before Christmas Eve, our furnace started making an awful noise. We had to shut it down. R & R had someone out in two hours after we called on Christmas Eve. He fixed our furnace and saved us hundreds of dollars! Highly recommend. **the other review that is so negative is also on Google. The owner responded on Google and tried to help the customer, but I don't think they have the right company.

Don't waste your time or money. They are by far the worst contractor we have dealt with. This company does not know what they are doing. If you have an issue the company says deal with the technician who did the work. The technician came out and by his own account stated he had no idea what he was doing. They don't stand behind their work at all. Please take your business somewhere else. You will thank me in the future.

Very poor customer service. The technician failed to diagnose the AC properly, even after going back twice. He also charged me for additional parts and labor without my prior approval and charged for a part that he did not install.
