ZERO STARS for R&B. I have tried several times to have them at my business. Every time they would come out, they'd send someone with no clue of how to fix my problem. Once they "fixed" my issue, I'd have to call back to have it fixed again. This happened on several pieces of equipment. I'd get a different excuse each time someone new would be sent out. I have tried several times with this company, but no more. My advice to you, STAY AWAY.

I would give them less than a one star if I could. There professionalism is horrible. If you are a business owner don't even try them. You can't count on them. As a restaurant owner when something goes down it is important that it is addressed immediately. No sense of urgency. They are rude and unprofessional.

I called to have a commercial grade cooking range serviced. The first person hanged-up on me. I thought it was a mishap, called again, got a woman, very unhelpful, she said that they do not service units in houses, and refused to point me in the right direction to get service. She was borderline rude, definitely arrogant and dismissive. I called again to speak to a supervisor, got a man's voice, he hanged-up. I have a French accent, maybe they did not like French cooking, or get suspicious, or more likely are plain unpleasant people. This is rare in New Mexico.

I was hesitant to call these guys because of the negative reviews, but my ice machine manufacturer said they were the ones to call for work under my warranty. They arrived when they said they would, were quick to figure out the problem, called and saved the part they needed, then went and picked it up and got back in time to install it and get it all put back together before we closed for the day. They were very nice and helpful and gave us tips on how to clean and maintain the machine. Maybe they cleaned up their act since receiving negative reviews, but in any event, I was very happy.
