Quick Shine - Albuquerque

I got a membership. I use it one time I've been to the car wash. Twice where it was closed or they were closing in the middle of the day due to malfunction of the machines. Okay, in 3 months I use that car wash once they will not cancel my Subscription.

This location needs some help and better management. I got the $14 manager's special wash. My first impression, the credit card reader at the pay station did not work, a good thing I had cash. Reading reviews on Google, the card reader has not been working for a while. No receipts. Also no tire shine. These were signs posted on the pay machine. They were handwritten signs on lined notebook paper. Not a good look at all. Car wash with no tire shine? That's your business to pamper cars, you should never be out of anything.Visited on a 60º day in February and they were open. I tried a few times before in January and they were closed. Probably because the temperature was in the 40's, which is understandable. Vacuums were available. Washed very well.If you have been to other Quick Shine locations you know they are always exceptional. Management needs to get it together at this location. It's the little things that make a huge difference. Especially when you compare this location to the others.I also want to add, if you want to use the Quick Shine website to renew your unlimited wash club membership, it does not work. The option is on the website to manage your membership but it has not worked for the last 3 years I have had my wash membership. You have to renew in person at the pay machine. Wish someone would fix that.

I wish that I could give a 0 star rating because let me tell you. I came by and my card wasn't working and this little cross eyed leprechaun comes walking over gives me attitude on how to do it. I went threw and my brand new BMW just came out looking dirtier from before so I asked to go threw again and the same guy started yelling at me. I think okay everyone has bad days until I came in for the second time and the same guy was working and he started to make homophobic comments to me like we are friends. I really hope this review gets seen by a higher up because it was unacceptable.

Do not use this business. They do things without informing customers and then you are stuck with access to only one car wash site. Go to somewhere else. This business is horrible.

I have had a membership. for years now and never had any issues. When i went through today with my family 2 kids in the car they were putting cars through very close together. when we got the end of the car wash the dry station this white car in front of me stops and starts rock back and forth and the rollers did not stop. So i had to put my breaks on to avoid hitting the car in front of me. I laid on my horn for 30 seconds or more and the manager started walking our way. once the other car then left she turned around and went the other way. when i let off my breaks I did not go anywhere because the rollers apparently disappeard and the manager did not know where they went. So the car behind us then rear ends us as our car is in neutral waiting to continue through the car wash. When this happened I got out and got the managers attention and she told me i needed to move my vehicle. then proceeded to tell me it was my fault and was going to review the video then came back out stating she could not access the video and that it was my fault. We filled out the forms and was then told by the district manager that it was my fault because I did not let my vehicle hit the one in front of me. The manger was very rude and should not be there. I will be canceling my membership and consulting an attorney.
