Best TPO Roof! and I should know...Queston Construction did TPO roofs for two relatives, and two neighbors before mine was done so I'm quite familiar with how they do things. I'm also all too familiar with how not to do a TPO roof, because a very bad one had to be removed first. Even to the untrained eye it looked like a bad job and it was leaking. The methodical way Queston goes about the TPO process comes from many years of big commercial jobs where application is critical. After living with a bad roof I can tell you that a TOP roof is only as good as it's application, and these guys really know what they are doing. Clean and careful work that was not rushed through, and with great respect for my property. The foreman kept me informed of all the hidden problems left from the previous roofers and leaks that hadn't penetrated the decking "yet". All my questions and concerns were all handled quickly and they did everything they said they would in a timely manner. I took several bids on the roof and Queston's was very competitive, I found cheaper prices, but on closer inspection the cheaper bids were missing tapered material critical for drainage of ponding water. Or, no mention of "Water Block", an important sealant used where the roof terminates on the stucco. These are the very things that make a TPO roof last and the cheaper bidders weren't doing it. Question does do it, and they do a quality control inspection when they are completed, and bring the crew back to attend to any detail that might have been overlooked. You can find more expensive work, but you won't find better work than Queston Construction, and I should know...

They put on a 15 year TPO for us back in 2006. We had an area that was soft and I asked if we needed to go down to the original decking to replace it. We were told 'No' it would hold up. We have since replace the ceiling in that area. It has leaked twice and is currently leaking, not only there but in 3 other places. They say they'll come out but it's been 10 days since we've called and no one has shown up. They don't care about their customers. We cannot recommend them to anyone. They came with good reviews. It has been the worst roof and customer care we have ever received.

Very disrespectful to us over the phone and via email after roof install. I'm sure you can find a company that values customers more than Queston.

I would have liked to give Question Construction a 5 star review, but they never showed up. My husband set up an appointment to have our roof inspected for a leak on Friday between 1 and 2 p.m. Within half hour, we received a call from them asking if we realized that there would be an $85 service charge. Of course we were aware. We didn't expect them to inspect our roof for free. The woman assured me that they would be out between 1 and 2 on Friday. An hour before the appointment, I received a call letting me know that the serviceman could not be out that day and asked if he could come out the following Monday between 1 and 2. I told them that Monday would work just fine. We stayed home all day Monday and when nobody had shown up by 3:30 (an hour and a half late) my husband called them. He was told that the serviceman was in the office and transferred him. After being on hold for about 5 minutes, my husband hung up and called back. The woman who answered told him that the service man was on another call, so he was again put on hold. After waiting and waiting, my husband hung up again. A few minutes later, the woman from Question Construction called back to tell us that the serviceman was not in the office after all and had not been at work that day. When I asked her why nobody had bothered to call and let us know, she had no answer, no apology, nothing. She didn't respond. I told her we would find someone else to do the work. She said, "Thank you" and hung up. Had they shown up and found the leak, we would have had them do the repairs. They may do good work, but we'll never know.

Queston was really good about writing up a thorough estimate and providing us with some critical information when comparing roofing products and installation methods. Louis patiently clarified why we'd be getting this particular service for that given product as well as what differentiated the various installation techniques. I got the impression that Queston does a ton of commercial work and so has plenty of experience working on a wide variety of roof types; residential roofing is clearly not a problem for these guys.
